9Booked a taxi last Tuesday for Saturday to go to sounds by the river payed for received confirmation, waited for it to arrive @ 10am and it didn’t arrive. Rang the company and they denied we had booked, lady was very rude (Marie). NO HAPPY
After calling to book a pick up time, we waited an extra 30 minutes then called and to be hung up on. So I called again and then was told by a different person there would be another 30 mins before the driver will reach me. I cancelled and walked.
They were pretty quick. The driver wasn't very talkative though. He was probably tired from work or something
Very helpful & friendly drivers. Office staff helped me over the phone get a mate from Wellington to Adelaide.
Rang and booked a taxi from Monarto to the Murray Bridge horse racing event center 5 days prior for a 4 pm pick to attend a wedding, 4.15 no taxi so I rang, only to be told the taxi was 40 minutes away! The lady then didn't know where Monarto was? Will never use them again, very disappointing, I really hope we get some uber drivers here soon
Was hired by Mt Barker Hospital to take a vulnerable patient with leg wounds and barely able to walk, to Flinders hospital and instead of ensuring they were safe inside the hospital, dropped the patient about 50mtr from the front door with their overnight bag and drove off. On calling them to complain. No follow up!
Called for a cab to take from the Bridgeport hotel to our destination and we waited 45 minutes for the cab to arrive which was fine except the cab drove away without picking us up so I called again said what happened and they sent the cab back only for it to drive away again leaving us to walk in the rain to our destination and with all our luggage the response I got was sorry the driver had another job furious is an understatement and will never use this cab company again
Rang to get picked u after shopping. Told there's a 2hr wait. Absolutely useless. Don't run a taxi service if you're not available. Absolutely useless people
