Great position opposite the beach, great food, coffee and service. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

What a fun and colourful cafe! Definitely has a positive vibe which goes well with the beach front. Slightly pricey but lovely service.

The very best seafood ever! All food is great, but while you can get a nice meat option in lots of places, the seafood HERE is the very best, fresh-chrispy-yammy-tender, and it's always like this. Add a great location with seaview and indoor and outdoor options - perfect spot for meals

Come here for the wedges! You won't regret it. Busy cafe on the water front. In the middle of renovations to expand their current foot print. Take a walk along the beach. Right near the Moana drive on beach.

They forgot to bring out drinks out for half an hour but other than that, really lovely place, with nice meals.

2nd time here & lovely lunch with Mum. The staff are excellent with food allergies & don't make you feel like a pain in the! It's definitely going to be our special spot with our puppers.in fact Mum took her best friends there this week as well & they all loved the food, the wine, the staff were really helpful & it's such a lovely spot overlooking the beach.

Great ambience. A sea theme. Brightly coloured walls. Great service. We enjoyed our meals. I had the barramundi and friends had fish and chips. Fish was fresh

Unfortunately we went there for birthday lunch today and some of the food was inedible. The salt and pepper squid was too salty to eat for 2 of our party. They offered to make another meal for us to take away as we were leaving, but would have preferred a refund. The other meals we had were very nice and generous size. The pricing was on the upper end for cafe meals in my experience. Overall disappointing and we are unlikely to go back.

We ordered 3 meals for lunch today, and the first turned up later than it should have, but at least it arrived I suppose. A second one turned up about 45 minutes after it was ordered - but it was the wrong meal, so it went back. After 70 minutes, and a few questions, the 3rd meal and the right 2nd meal never arrived, so we left. This used to be a good cafe, but seems to have gone downhill since we were last there. We are unlikely to return.

Felt like that there were heaps off staff walking around looking for something to do. Made a booking for 5.15pm on a Friday afternoon and was basically told that our table was booked for 6.30pm by someone else. How can you justify 1.5 hours to enjoy coffee and cake and a catch up with a friend.

Table service was average.

You need to accommodate "Vegan" people - limited items on menu.

I suggest that you have a cake selection on the menu, so you don't have to leave your table to check out the cakes in the cabinet therefore blocking the entrance.

Decided to order takeaway to take home for tea and that seemed to be hard - waited over 30 minutes for 1 pizza and chips.

Not the best experience, asked for poached runny eggs and got hard boiled eggs. Had to chase up our drinks 3 times after waiting a long time after already finishing the meals and ended up getting the wrong drinks brought to us in the end. The girl who served us was friendly and the location is nice and I like that you can bring dogs along too, thats what the 3 stars are for.

Deep blue cafe is like no other. The staff, the ambiance and the food were all outstanding. All items were appropriately priced as the quality and quantity exceeded our expectations. Certainly would recommend to anyone who craves delicious food.

Always reliable for a good feed. Extremely generous sized meals, the salads and sides to meal are fresh and tasty. Service is excellent, very willing to take your order according to your needs. Good Drinks menu.not extensive but local and appropriate for Cafe dining. Have been going to Deel Blue since it opened many years ago.never been disappointed. Always busy, for breakfast dinner and Evening meals. Has 3 sitting areas, inside, verandah, and outside. Although its by the beach it is very cosy in the Winter, so year round dining. Suitable for families and pets! Best seafood pizza and Seafood in the South but than that could be said about the well cooked and presented meals at this charming beach Cafe.

Eating in = great service, getting takeaway is a different story. Order take away coffee and have to wait at least 15 mins. I have seen people walk in 5 mins after I have ordered and they get there coffees before mine have been made.

Been coming here for almost a decade, hadn't been into the restaurant part for a couple years and it blew me away at how amazing the experience still is. Can always rely on the friendliest staff and a killer meal incl some nice vegan options too! I'm not one to usually leave reviews but I had to take my hat off to this place.
