Well done and thank you Brett for helping us select our new latex bed and frame. We have never bought a large piece of furniture before from so far away and had a few concerns. In short Brett made the whole process easy from start to finish. Every time we called Brett would be behind the phone and happy to explain and answer all our queries and concerns. Our bed frame arrived exceptionally well packaged and his precision joinery made it easy to assemble. He even suggested for us to call him when we were going to assemble it in case we needed help! We did and yes he helped us on the spot! Good old fashioned customer focused service which is rare these days. We also found the Dawn web site a great help especially with understanding the many different configurations of latex that are possible. Our bed is now set up so that I no longer wake my better half when retiring late and we each sleep on different latex densities on the same mattress. Thanks Brett and team.

Brett assisted me with some custom-cut latex I needed for seats at very short notice. It was no trouble for him and I received the interstate delivery super fast (within a few days of arranging). The latex was as described: pure, natural and non-toxic, no smell whatsoever. I am ecstatic with the result and service; I will be recommending his business to others.

I have been looking for a soft latex pillow to replace my previous one purchased over six years ago, but no longer produced. In the past year I have spent quite a sum of money and purchased six different types of pillows, all without success. Finally I happened upon this website and saw that they had two pillows. A low soft contour pillow, which was what I was looking for and another conventional one. After phoning Brett, he explained the density of the latex and doing a lot of research I ordered my seventh pillow. I was a little concerned because I then read on a couple of sites about latex that the Dunlop method of producing latex is not as soft as the Talalay method (which is what my previous pillow was). I should not have worried. It is perfect. Very low, which is what I wanted and also every bit as soft as my previous one. Another great thing is that you get two contour covers with this pillow. This is a first for me, as usually you get the one cover and then add a pillow protector, but I have never found a contour one to purchase. I think it must have been an omen, as my name is Dawn and I have a son called Brett.

After weeks of visiting local stores in Sydney, we could not find a place that sells natural latex mattresses at an affordable price.
My hard work researching natural latex retailers finally paid off when I came across Dawn latex mattresses, and decided to give Brett a call.

Our Mattress took 7 days to arrive and was well packaged.
The tencel cover is high quality made and very comfortable with the bed sheets on top.
The mattress is an absolute joy to sleep on; comfortable and supportive. I don't toss and turn before falling asleep anymore. I actually wake up with no more back pain!
I must have tested over 20 beds and I can honestly say this one​ definitely comes out on top.
My wife is a hot sleeper and she finds the natural latex quite cool to sleep on. Also she hasn't been yelling at me every time I toss and turn so I guess the mattress provides minimal partner disturbance.
There is no off gassing; it smells sweet, an indication it is a natural product.
I know it can be daunting buying on-line but if you have a fairly good idea what your're after and with Brett's 35 years of of expert advice, you really can't go wrong buying from these guys.

Latex mattress and frame. After 8 months of use both are excellent. The mattress is really comfortable (coming from another 'high end' latex mattress) and had no odor. Deliver was smooth and getting the thing ready was quick.
The Tassie oak frame is gorgeous and well built. Brett's workmanship is really high quality - joinery is very crisp and I couldn't find anything at all to fault. Extremely well packed (delivered interstate) and putting it together was simple enough, although the joins aren't as intuitive as Ikea. There is nothing to worry about with the quality you are getting in these frames if buying online.

Brett's service is second to none. I had a million question due to buying sight unseen from Sydney and he was always happy to answer all of them - to a level of detail that gave me well founded confidence (e.g. Sending photos of the timber, details about latex sources, etc.).
In my opinion the price is very fair for what you get. It's well below the 'top end' mattress stores for what is a comparable product, and the workmanship going into the frames is top tier. Very happy with my purchase decisions, zero regrets. Would 100% recommend or buy from again if I ever need another bed.

Just wanted to say thanks to Brett for all the detailed advice and help in selecting the correct mattress for my needs. Being a custom size for my camper van I wasn’t sure how it would fit, but he was super accommodating to help with measurements and ensure we got it right.
