David Jones - Marion

I was shopping in David Jones Marion on Thursday night the 13/4 for a dress to wear to a wedding among other things I needed to buy for my trip away. I felt like I was invisible because not 1 person offered me any assistance at all. I am a long time David Jones shopper but that shopping trip left me feeling pretty low with sales staff walking by not interested in offering any assistance. I left David Jones feeling quite deflated and not overly keen to go back to the Marion store which is a shame because it is now the closest David Jones to me.

Won’t be Chanel, DJ, Marion again. Rude & horrible of their customer service, will report to Chanel, AU too.

The ladies in the women's underwear were lovely, very friendly. I had Wendy help fit me for a bra and she was very polite and helpful.

We were served by an amazing young lady, Natasha. She not only saved me about an hour's worth of searching for jeans, but her attitude and attention to detail was so impressive! We will definitely be back.

Had to take a 45 minute drive to go and pick something up in-store because the staff on floor was too incompetent to handle a phone order. I experience way better service at Kmart.

Always clean with large range of product.
Staff are professional, but not many of them so you sometimes have to search for help

The service in the children's department was fantastic they helped put outfits together for 8 children various ages and everyone loved them.unfortunately downstairs was very sparse with staff which was dissapointing.

Free Santa photos and extremely friendly service. The staff there actually are really friendly that shocked me. Even during the XMAS rush, they are still friendly and courteous.

Bought some lovely underwear had the best customer service lady ️ was such a friendly and helpful retail worker and just made my day. Thank you Sarah

If you have to Deal with Emma (assistant manager) good luck, needs to learn to reply to emails,
we had to fix our problem our self!

Has to be the most expensive store ever. Unfortunately was given a DJs gift card but cannot find anything reasonably priced to purchase. I never shop DJs. Much prefer Myer and other stores that are reasonably priced.

The wrapping section in this store is enough to send your body quivering with anticipation to wrap ALL OF THE THINGS!

I thought the men's clothes were way over priced but managed to find a top off of a clearance rack.

So impressed with Stephanie in Shoes! I phoned very last minute on Saturday to find out if they had a certain pair of shoes in stock. She didn't act at all like I was putting her out, she was extremely helpful and professional. I had been to Myer, line up 8 people deep and clearly short staffed. I know where I will be buying all of my shoes moving forward.

Just the most classic store Adelaide has to offer. If you haven't been, go. Always a great experience. Just make sure you find someone at a checkout before you pick up something heavy to buy, chances are, you'll be waiting for someone a while.

Look what can I say as we were taking a chance on Xmas decorations being out. They were. So it begins.

DJ'S always lovely to shop amongst quality labels and new products. After my high profile expensive smart watch died after 18mths I decided to try an unknown in this field, but not in the traditional watch world. Brought a Timex Smart watch. DJ matched the price of a competitor, making it cheaper still. The lovely sales assistant was helpful and friendly. A good day shopping. It pays to do your research and look for something of the beaten track.

Good choice of products, can be on the pricey side when sales not on. But when they are there are some good items to be had. The only problems I have encountered is the lack of floor staff around the registers.

When you have friendly staff assisting you and giving you options.it makes your shopping experience much more enjoyable.

Not accepting legal currency at counter, assuming everyone has a credit card. Will only take cash at customer service if one can find an assistant.
