2 I'd leave half a star if possible.
Had my appointment booked in not one but TWO months in advance, I received a confirmation text the day prior which I replied yes to, and yet I travel an hour to the clinic and no one is there? It's totally closed! So I go to call from Google and it says that the clinic isn't even open on Thursday! Yet my appointment was booked in months in advance for Thursday, a day that the clinic isn't even open?
What's even worse is that when I called back to rectify THEIR mistakes they proceeded to insist that
it was my mistake? Utter joke, get a proper reception that actually knows your office's hours, pathetic.
Amazing experience with Dr Cullum. Very knowledgeable. Every referral made has turned out to be exactly what i needed. Very impressed.
