I cannot say enough good things about this company! Everybody was extremely professional and wonderful to work with! The communication was outstanding. I always knew exactly which point we were at throughout the entire recovery process. When I had a question, they responded promptly and courteously. And every single person, from the owner Brian to his whole staff, was as kind and polite and helpful as you can imagine. It was hard to mail my hard drive with years of family photos on it, but I could not be happier! My photos have been recovered! I recommend this company to everyone!

Normally do not leave reviews. I unfortunately had a 1.5 year old SSD (Crucial MX500) give out on me suddenly without warning and had not updated my backups in a long while (doh!). I was looking at fairly expensive options for recovery. Fortunately was able to find this local business who was very transparent and upfront with their pricing and policies and had exceptional response time to my inquiries (which were frequent and extensive). They guided me through the process and had to have a SSD specialist take a look and was fortunately was able to recover all the important data. I was even able to exchange my SSD under warranty after my data was recovered. The process could not have been more professional. For me, because of the circumstances, the overall process did take several weeks but I was told about it prior.

Had a flash drive corrupted. They were able to save 99+% of the files.lost 3-4 non-crucial files. All done w/n a couple weeks too. Simple process to follow and communication was easy/fast.
