Danny's Thai Bistro

I go there regularly and usually get the seafood hotpot, which is great, but beware, it is very spicy. Tonight I had the Morton bug hotpot. Not as good as the seafood hot pot, but still good and not as spicy. Our friends all enjoyed their meals. I will be going back!

Great attitude from the waiter and waitresses. I can tell that the Danny and his family wants to run the business well and customer experience as well as food quality are being prioritised.

I hope they keep this up and they will be able to open branches across the country.

Great laksa made to your taste mild or normal heat. A comprehensive menu of Thai dishes.

Excellent food, great service. Hadn't been here for many years and it's still great.

Do not recommend ordering take away from here. Ordered food at 540pm for 640pm pick up. Arrived at 640pm & waited 20mins, obviously they didn’t start making the food until I arrived. Two Thai curries which both had very minimal sauce and stingey on the veg.

Chicken and prawn dumplings~ Pad Thai ~ black sticky rice ~ fried ice cream

Came for an early New year's Eve celebration, with family. We had spring rolls and gyoza for starters, Pork Belly, Asparagus with Morton Bay bugs, and chicken and cashew nut stir fry. All dishes were beautifully prepared and presented.
Highly recommended, no matter the event, definitely a memorable place. We will be back

A great place for a meal. The service was excellent and the food was great quality and flavour served quickly. Highly recommend you try Danny’s Bistro.

Worst thai ive had. Watery green curry only 2 tiny pieces of potato in the masmam curry. Prices were outrages for the poor quality and tiny portions.

Dannys Thai alsays has great dishes and almost always the food hot. It can get very noisy at Dannys Thai so misses a star for that.

A new find and after the first visit we had to enjoy it again the following night.

Good atmosphere, Fast, friendly service, fresh tasty food. I felt the mains were on the small side, but it was ok and I would go back.

The restaurant has a good vibe. Service was pretty good. Wide range of alcohol (although I did not order anything alcoholic). Food was good but not the best Thai food I have had before (especially when considering the price).

We have eaten here a couple of times now and both times the food was excellent.
I can highly recommended recommend the pork belly.

Had an amazing dinner at Danny’s tonight! Kind waiters and waitresses and fresh, delicious food! Definitely one of East Adelaide’s hidden gems! I recommend the classic Pad Thai and the Pork belly!

This place has been around for a long time and for good reason - the food is awesome.

Service is good enough, but won't win any awards. Price is on the hefty side, but the portion sizes are higher than your average Thai restaurant.

Wonderful. The meal was divine. Salt and pepper tofu for me, pork belly for my husband. Plus Chinese greens and coconut rice. The service was also lovely. Elise was a superstar waiter. Highly recommended. Look forward to returning.
