We bought something here last week and found the price dropped this week. After talking to the customer service online, they promised we can get the price difference back. However, when we back to the shop, the sales woman was acting very rudely and refused the payback. I was very disappointed about the service, won't shop here anymore.

Ok, even though we have shared in Coles we nearly always shop at Dan Murphy's because of the level of choices, good staff and the specials. Just wish Coles would buy this store.
Another visit, another large box of goodies. Now all I have to do is drink and enjoy.

My rating has dropped massively due to this company mandating it's staff to have a trial vaccine and I will no longer buy here.
Why do retailers think that they have any right to force their employees to have invasive medical procedures to work.

Ordering online at this mob is a joke. If you're not home when they try to deliver it you're out of luck. They send you an SMS with a link to rebook, but once you go to the link the option to rebook delivery is unavailable. You call customer service, and there's just a recorded message telling you to go online. You go online then have to wait in a chat queue behind 20 other people. Terrible service.

Yes us people are ment to supply masks but some like myself will innocently forget one so how about supplying them at the door. I'm pretty sure you make a solid profit.no mask no entry so come on. Big order, (for me), greeted well, assisted with items from four different places in store with knowledgeable staff member, and on check out with items placed in manageable cartons which I could lift, received offer of help to my car with trolley. In and out in about ten minutes, one very satisfied customer.

Great service here. The guy helped us find the correct drink section. There was a few staff on the floor asking if we required help. I like that because there is someone there if you need.

Always great service, great prices, plenty of parking, huge selection of wines, liquors, spirits, snacks and mixers.

Yeah tonight went to Dan picked up 3 bottles of shiraz carried 'em to the car while opening the car door I dropped one it shattered to pieces
I went back in to ask for dust pan and a broom to clean the mess they insisted on replacing the broken bottle despite my protest and cleaned the my mess also.much appreciated Dan of highbury
