Not for the first time, checked price on line, found members only price only to be charged more in store didn't question price today, but previously had been told "you must be on a Melbourne store site" came home checked on line confirming ripped off again, but will be last time won't be back.

Huge variety of wines etc to choose from. Definately worth becoming a member-you can save additional $$$ on certain purchases

Quick, easy, excellent range, especially high end spirits and wines. Helpful staff, didn't have to wait too long

Very bad service attitude. I went here today to pick up the vodka I ordered online and I took out my passport to show her my age information. She saw that it was a foreign passport and replied straight away that we only accept Australian driving licences and Australian passports. I kindly replied to her that I had already purchased alcohol products here a few times with my passport and she told me with an arrogant attitude that foreign passports were not acceptable until someone prompted her that foreign passports were acceptable and she reluctantly went to pick up the vodka I had ordered. Didn't even say sorry to me until I left. Will never come back!

Just visited Dan's to pick up a few things and received some excellent help from Alex. Nothing was too much for him and his knowledge of the products was first rate. Thanks Alex.

Terrific customer service - whilst browsing staff often ask - ‘Can we help you in any way? ’ - prices are fairly good - wide variety / range of stock - and discounts using the uncle Dan’s card

Dan Murphy was my go to place. Like a kid in a candy store except this one is for the adults. I did find their prices were extremely higher on some lines than other stores eg. Bailey's Pavalova. I could've got it for $34.00 at a store but thought I'd do all my Xmas booze shopping at once and paid $45.00 a bottle.so I'm now 2nd guessing whether it's worth going back again or not.

Whats with all the glowing 5 star reviews? 26th Nov. 22.struggling for help, 2 word answers from poker faced indifferent staff, the expressionless 6ft plus dude at the checkout looking like he's just been given a cancer diagnosis & just to make sure your expensive shopping experience was super awesome no online phone help with enquiries. Yep Dan's the man a bit like the Victorian economy. You can buy grog just about anywhere so up your game guys or give your job to someone who'd appreciate it. Back to happy BWS for the smiles & beer

Getting rudely stopped as I enter to be asked for ID from a security guard. I thought this was strange but guess it saves time being asked at the checkout. Nope, I was then asked again at the checkout. What is the point in hiring security at the entrance to ask everyone who look 'under 25 years old', to then be asked again at the checkout? Please explain?

Dans at Golden Grove are, very friendly lovely staff unfortunately, I couldn't get what I wanted last time I was there, this is unusual. But I do enjoy going there

Being Christmas Eve and heading into Dan Murphys, I thought it was going to be a horrific experience. It was extremely busy however, they had plenty of staff on who all had their jobs to do to ensure everything was running smoothly and efficiently. I was in and out within a few minutes. Well done Golden Grove!

Security acting like a hero when it comes to asking males for ID upon entry, yet letting groups of females in without question? Not happy

Help offered with my selection of wine and I love my "member offers" which I enjoy trying.
