C.W.A. Holiday Units & Caravan PARK

A very nice small caravan park, not suitable for vans over 23 feet, 4 sites with separate onsuites, a bit dated but clean, lady manager friendly and helpful! Situated in the town.

Great location. Suit smaller caravans. Slightly more suited to motorhomes or single axle camper trailers / caravans. There is a complementary washing machine and clothes line, byo pegs. Individual amenities for each of the 4 sites. If you want to stay here, you should reserve a spot by calling them.

Nice quiet place to stop. Can be tight getting in with the caravan but once in all good. Beach just over the road and good value.

Lovely and quiet little spot suited to small caravans or campers. Great value with private ensuite, power, water, across from the beach and in the heart of the small town. Pub on the corner is also a great friendly country pub!

A great little CP right across from the beach and walk into town. You have your own bathroom and toilet all for $27pn awesome value and free washing machine. Val's really helpful and everyone super friendly. Loved Tumby Bay

Basic sites with water and power. Own ensuite provided. Well looked after by Val. Great value for money. Will stay here whenever I come back.

Great spot, limited spaces which is great for privacy. Your own toilet and hot and cold showers. Powered or unpowered options available.

Great little spot within ridiculously close walking distance to the quaint little town of Tumby Bay. Your plot has power and water and your own lockable toilet and shower.
Would absolutely recommend this if you don't mind not being on a larger site as this only has 4 plots with power which are also right across the road from the beach.
Also Tumby has some great street art.

The caravan park was good, ensures clean, very welcoming when arrived, and right on street opposite foreshore.

Great price for unit 2 rooms and kitchen. Can't say it was clean ok, my biggest problem is that I wish I was warned the the units were build using asbestos.

What a great spot & the lovely lady that books you in all excellent. Where can you get a park in a Caravan Park right across the road from the beach, with your own shower, toilet, water & power. Also close to shops & pub

Great little caravan park with each site having their own ablutions. Fabulous view of the ocean, walking distance to town. Better suited to smaller rigs.

Unpowered sites $20 per night, Powered $25 and the units are $55 per night. The units are dated but clean and very functional. Bathrooms and toilets all work and there is a good laundry.
In the units, make sure to bring your own linen. Mattresses arent too bad to sleep on. The kitchen has a new stove (electric) and new fridge. There are a couple of fans but no aircon.
Checkout is at 10am.

Excellent place in the middle of town on the beachfront!
$25pn is rediculously cheap and we could get anywhere in town within seconds on our scooters.
LOVE THIS TOWN

We me the lovely Valerie who seems to the one in charge of this tiny camp right in the heart of Tumby Bay. Right across from the beautiful blue/green waters of the bay. Just enough room for 4 caravans/motorhome and a couple of little units. You actually get your own ensuite and pay $25 a night.wonderful!
