Cumin Indian Cuisine

Ordered on menu log and the restaurant registered the meal as delivered when it wasn’t. After numerous phone calls with no answer, I drove there myself to find my meal sitting on an unheated bench.

No offer to refund the delivery fee or anything.

Get home, the order is wrong and cold.

I have been a regular of this restaurant for a long time but do yourself a favour and stay away if you want decent food.

Food is overpriced and I have ordered 3 times or let's say given them 3 times my money for the wrong food. After calling the restaurant to check why the food was being altered, the owner without apologizing said to bring the food back. What does he think, that I have enough time and fuel to waste on him to take the wrong food back. So please and please again don't waste your money and fuel by visiting this place. The owner was very arrogant. I would give 0 stars if possible.

We order 4 garlic naan breads but not even any garlic on it! ZERO garlic on it! Very disappointed. Overal way too pricey and they couldn't even deliver what they advertised as simple as garlic naan bread! Deffinitly will be going somewhere else next time.

The food is average.

Do not order food from this restaurant via delivery unless you are willing to wait over 2 hours for your food to arrive and for your order to arrive Incomplete with items substituted without your consent or knowledge. The owner refused to refund our money even though we contacted them before they had made our order. The owner also provides multiple excuses and when called out simply hangs up the phone. We also paid extra money for an extra large butter chicken which was just a container filled with extra butter chicken sauce and about 5 small pieces of chicken. $120 down the drain.

Ordered five butter naan at the managers suggestion couldn't of been cooked any better the chef was all smiles when they gave me the order nice crispness to the naan as well as still being soft well worth the money and naan that is worth paying for.

Great local venue. Manager / owner is awesome and is always willing to help. The robot waiter is always a hit with the kids

We got take away Sunday night butter chicken and a cheese curry, it was great. Sometimes it's hit and miss with this place

Came on Christmas Eve after being desperate to find a place open past 8pm. Indian food was amazing, cheese and garlic naan next level! Great service also.
As we’re from Gawler we’ve been trying to find an Indian restaurant that stacks up and we’re so glad we found it! Will be returning.

Service is good.
However the food is average.
Personally the worst Indian I have eaten, the curries were extremely watery, and the naan was so plain and bland (and I have a cheese naan and a cheese and chicken tikka naan). Given the prices, I had high hopes, however I certainly won’t be back.

I order online and they accepted my order and never deliver even after 1 hour a free more then 1 hour they cancel my order. Never ever go there so upset

We had an order for twenty People and ordered chapathi. They don't know how to make it. Chappathi was very thick and like rubber. Gulab Jamun was like a rock. Never recommend. Too expensive as well.

Ordered off an app. Called 15 minutes after the delivery time as the app said enjoy your food, and was advised it was on its way. 45 minutes later it was delivered to the wrong address. Lucky the man was honest and drove it to us himself. Plus I was blatantly lied to by the manager. It definitely wasn't on its way, we're 4kms up the road. The food was mediocre and obviously customers are treated like idiots. Never again.

Customer service was so terrible and also owner is so Rude me and my friend said the grilled burger was $19.90 but u charged $20.24 but his reply was a freaking horrible he should reply us with politely. Food was good लेकिन ओनरके बात करनेका तमीज़ नहीं हैं कमीना ।

We ordered from here last night and it took 2hrs and 20mins for us to receive our food via delivery. I had to phone a number of times and when it finally arrived, the half food was stone cold. They said they "were busy", but we made our order at 4.40pm and it was not a holiday of any sort. I don't know they didn't fill their earlier orders before the later ones.maybe I didn't order enough to be a priority

Very poor food and service. Really disappointed on the food. Had uncooked roti and veg pakora had lot of salt in it. Service was really very poor. This guys really need work on their service and food.

Order was placed at 5.57pm and was told latest delivery time would be 6.55pm
At 8.20pm we finally received our order and that was only because I kept checking the front door every 2 minutes, the delivery driver did not even knock
Once I took the food inside it was all cold and one of our meals was smaller than we ordered.
To say that I was not happy is an understatement.
Spoke to the restaurant 3 times within the period of 1.5 hours to see where the food was and everytime I spoke to them they told me it has just left the restaurant and will be here within 15 minutes.

Being an Indian, I’ve realised this restaurant is the WORST resemblance of the Indian restaurants. I don’t think he even deserves a single star. The restaurant manager is so rude and have no management with their staff. At last, I would say junk food from outside is healthier and tastier than the food from this restaurant.

Disgraceful service waited to long for meals to come out. More concerns for filling uber eats. Will not go back
