Crystal Hearing Audiology, Ear Cleaning & Wax Removal

First time seeing Meaghan at Crystal hearing and i have nothing but great things to say. The whole process from booking an appointment to having my ears cleared out from a long period of wax build up was all just effortless. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the process and with Meaghans friendly approach the whole experience was enjoyable. I definitely recommend!

My family took my gran in to get her hearing tested as we all thought she needed to get tested, however gran was averse to the idea of getting hearing aids. We found Meaghan to be professional, courteous and non-pressuring, and she successfully encouraged gran to do it! We are very happy with Gran's hearing aids and the service at Crystal Hearing.

I took my 92 year old mum there to have her ears cleaned out, Mum found Meaghan to be polite, courteous and professional and would come back in a heartbeat thank you for wonderful service

Meaghan at Crystal hearing has been a great help.
I went there to get a blockage cleared through micro suction then had a hearing test as I haven’t been able to hear properly for the last few years, it was a quick and easy process.we then discovered that I required hearing aids, she then walked me through the process and talked me through the options based on my lifestyle needs and I was back to being able to hear again in next to no time.
The aftercare she provides too is first class.

As someone who had moved to SA from VIC and is very weary about trying out new places, Meaghan from Crystal Hearing Audiology was friendly, great service and very warming. I can't stress enough how much easier it is to just get your ears cleaned here for $90 a year (for me at least) rather than waste anymore money on q-tips. Do yourself a favor and get your ears done here!

I needed a same-day appointment as I was travelling the following day. After several unsuccessful calls elsewhere to find an appointment, and although none were available at CHA, Meaghan made the time at the end of her day. She was professional, efficient, and pleasant. I'm so grateful and have no problem recommending this place.

I had suffered through a couple of days with pain and significantly reduced hearing in one ear so I booked at crystal hearing for microsuction ear wax removal (even though it was an hour from me). I was so impressed that in just a couple of minutes and with no pain or discomfort my ear was completely unblocked. It was such a relief and for $80 it was very reasonably priced too. I loved that you could see before and after photos as well. Definitely recommend more people try microsuction ear wax removal!

Went to Crystal Hearing for ear wax microsuction and couldn't be happier with the results. I found it much better than ear syringing at the GP.

Cannot recommend this place enough! I was having a bit of discomfort with a blocked ear and decided to give this place a call. Meaghan was very understanding and managed to squeeze me in that morning which was a relief. There was great communication through the whole process and the pricing was great. I’ll definitely be back.
