If I could give this restaurant a zero star review that’s what I’d give it! This morning my mother and I decided to go out for breakfast, because in the past cruisers did a great eggs Benedict no problems whatsoever. There weren’t many customers only 2 groups of customers. When we ordered we asked for crispy bacon runny eggs but cooked and my mum wanted mushrooms which we paid extra for which turned out to be $40. We received our meal probably 15 or more minutes later when all the other customers had already left. To begin with the bacon wasn’t even cooked definitely not crispy like we asked basically ham, the hollandaise sauce was disgusting I don’t know what type of sauce they used but it tasted like off cream and I bet even store bought hollandaise sauce would be better than the “sauce” we got! Everything else also tasted off and disgusting couldn’t even finish our meal as it was that gross considering it was $40. Definitely not worth the money!

Absolutely disgusting, one bite of my flake, and spat it out. Definitely was not gummy, and it smelt. As it was take away, I have tried to phone them but they will not answer. Someone will get sick from eating this.
To top it off the lollies the kids brought are all out of date.

Love ️ coming here on a Saturday for breakfast/brunch. Alway a great very filling meal. The staff are warm and friendly. Great hot chips. Prices very reasonable. Relaxing! Fabulous coffee ️

Tried to order basic take away food off menu but very little was available despite being advertised in menu and on display board

We go to Cruisers quite often. I know a lot of people have stopped going because of their race but if you gave them a chance they are all lovely girls and they try their best and the cooks do a great job. We are very satisfied with the food and service we receive from them. Also Corey is also lovely. Thanks for your lovely service and kindness all of you. X

Absolutely terrible. This used to be such an amazing place but has gone severely downhill. Food is always stale and tasteless. Also confused about how they can justify $6.10 for a Powerade. Don’t bother complaining to owners as it’s a group of investors.

Great little Cafe. Started off looking at a car turn out. Finished up with great coffee and ham and cheese croissants. The day is improving.

The lack of attention to the cleanliness of the place is really off putting and has always been poor. Doors, windows, cabinet fronts, floors and the out door eating areas need to be cleaned properly.
We saw staff wiping tables with dirty cloths and sweeping food scraps onto the floor.
The cleaning equipment ie. Buckets and brooms etc.are also really dirty.
The food quality is inconsistent and complaints are snrugged off. It is very sad that the goodwill of many patrons is being eroded by the lack of basic standards.

Disappointed we have moved out of the Marina. Young lad with the moustache makes a great coffee. Keep up the good work!

Amazing chicken and chips, awesome service and great support for local non for profit clubs. Your kindness will never go unrecognized and jeep doing what you are doing:)

At least one wrong order every single visit. Slow, sloppy staff that have no idea what they are doing half the time. Not to mention not actually being able to hold good staff for long. 1/5 very dismal.

Great service and good coffee and choice of juice. Daughter enjoys saying hello to the turtle and having a play with the activity box.
