Friendly staff nice food lighting a little bit dark with trying to read menu's as menu's are a dark colour too but other than that nice place

Had a small group dinner here. Service was fantastic and food was just as good. Plenty of parking and nice modern dining room. Will be back!

I LOVE the food it is the best I've had and I've had my fair share and let me have a well shout out of the staff/waitress one time I went there with my son and daughter and my daughter got the chocolate moose with honeycomb and my son stole the honeycomb and she was sad but our LOVELY waitres came and gave my daughter a free honeycomb ️️ highly recommend

The crown ALWAYS serves up beautiful meals and does an amazing porterhouse. Staff are sensational but Beth is a standout. Highly recommend

Had lunch on Easter Saturday 2022. I had ribs, my wife the garlic prawns.both 10/10
And great service from the staff.this pub try's really hard, and is way ahead of the game compred to most suburban pubs, will be back soon.

Will never go back.we nearly left as one of the waiters was extremely rude and made us feel very uncomfortable and I nearly cried. The food was over cooked and overpriced. If I could give it no stars I would.

The staff tonight were amazing! Especially our waitress Beth! They were short staffed given a majority of tables were in use however it was service with a smile and very keen to help.

Ate here Sunday, Sam provided exceptional service and very COVID Safe
Food was great, scotch fillet was cooked as ordered and the pie was awesome
Service was above and beyond. First meal out for a while and would highly recommend the crown

First and foremost excellent service, greeted by Beth on entering then served by her for the evening. Lovely, polite and nothing was too much trouble a real asset to the Crown.
The snitty was yummy served with great chips and salad. I had a beautiful chocolate mouse.
Covid rules applied not crowded, table service. Wheelchair friendly and children welcome family friendly. Clean environment Our great local

Dined here tonight with 20 friends. When we arrived there were only about another 10 to 15 people seated. After ordering waited about half an hour for meals to come. I ordered medium rare scotch fillet steak with chips and salad. The steak was perfectly cooked but was full of sinews which made it unpleasant. It was also luke warm and the chips were cold and soggy. One of the other diners on our table ordered chicken schnitzel, chips and salad with Dianne sauce on the side. At one stage the waitress came around and asked if anyone ordered the schnitzel with mushroom sauce but no one claimed it and it was taken away. After everyone had their meal the schnitzel with Dianne sauce still had not arrived. The time lapse here was between 5 and 10 mins. A waitress was approached regarding the missing meal. She went to the kitchen to find out about the missing order. A minute layer she returned with the meal. You guessed it - it was the same one no one claimed and it still had the mushroom sauce. The schnitzel was only luke warm and the chips were cold and soggy. It obviously had been sitting in the kitchen during this time. The waitress was told again when the missing meal was queried that it was schnitzel with Dianne sauce yet she was still given the meal with mushroom sauce. We did not make a fuss but when the waitress asked if we enjoyed our meal we told her the problem that had occurred with the meals. She was very pleasant and said she would get the manager to speak to us. Quite some time later he approached us regarding the meals. I told him the problem with the steak and chips and was told that the steak needed to rest so when it is dished up it was left to rest before being brought to the table. I can understand the steak resting but why did the chips get added before and not after so that they are hot and crisp when served. I paid $35 for a sub standard steak but expected an apology and 'we will try to do better' should have come from the manager. My co diner didn't get an apology either just the response of 'when there are tables of 20 or more someone gets the short end of the stick'. Really! I made the comment about the capacity at the time and staff should be professional enough to get the order right. We were not looking for a freebie but expected an apology not the response given. I am disappointed and angry about the response given by the manager who also said that there was not a lot he could do about the situation. Only when he heard me talking about the review did he approach me (not my friend) and asked if I would like a coffee or anything else probably meaning dessert. Both were refused. As I said we wanted to give him our complaint so that it didn't happen again and we were not looking for a free meal but his attitude and the comments made about someone getting the short end of the stick was pathetic. Diners do not go to place and pay a good price for a meal to be served sub standard food and wrong orders and basically be told 'that is what happens with bookings for 20 or more'. The owners of the hotel need a new manager and staff that can get orders straight. I will not be back.

I attended here with my family for a lunch for the first time, I had a good experience with the food, the kind staff and the ambience.

The only thing is that the staff ask you how your meal is going, I know they all do that, but I wish whoever tells them too would stop.

We were having a conversation. We all stopped so they would say their bit and we could say "Yes, it's fine" so we could go back to our conversation.

I get they making us feel welcome cos they want us to come back but is a bit annoying.

Food was Delicious. Lots to choose from on the Menu. Went Friday Night. Table service given. Place was busy but worth the wait for our food. Compliments to the Chef and all the Staff working that night!

Visit here recently with family. Loved the service and menu. So many options! I can’t stop thinking about the spicy tofu starter!

We had a governing council end of year dinner. The food was good and the service was quick. There is a QR code on each table to order drinks which means you don't have to go to the bar to order drinks

Good steak and always a free table when I've been there. Recommended for a family meal out or catch up with friends. Reasonable prices as well
