Crossover Vietnamese Restaurant reviews
29Some of the best Thai food I have tasted - fresh, exploding with flavour. Staff were efficient and food service was quick.
Had first meal here, albeit an uber order, but everything was faultless.
Salt an pepper prawns were best I've had in a long time and not heavy or oily, the stir fried rice was even better,
One of very few Asian places that is open on late Sunday evening! Ordered via ubereats - bao, banh mi and cold rolls were all fresh and tasty! Thoroughly impressed. Will reorder
Has had an awesome night spend there with my friends, friendly staffs and nice environment! A very beautiful restaurant. They are not only provides common Vietnamese food like pho and cold rolls, they do have stir-fry, soups and other styles which really surprised me when I look the menu! So it is the place that actually you can spend some time with your families and friends there and have glass of wine and talk rather than just quick eat and go. Strongly recommend Tea Smoked Duck! You can literally see there is smoke under the cover when they take the dish to you, so regretful didn’t take pictures but it was amazing when the moment the staff uncover the lid! MUST SEE!
Clean, welcoming and what seems like a freshly renovated interiorr. Wait staff was friendly.
We had a Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and a Combination Beef Noodle Soup. Presentation was excellent with ample amount of sides/condiments.
Beef noodle broth lacked punch, depth and complexity from what we usually expect in pho. Spicy broth was fine, we preferred it over the beef noodle broth.
We have heard good things about their Banh Mi so we will be back to try them.
A brand new Vietnamese Restaurant, highly recommend the combination PHO and cold rolls, rly tasty
It seems to be a new addition to Torrensville shopping precincts, bright, simple but spacious. I assume the name Crossover implies some sort of Asian fusion. The spicy beef noodle soup and the chicken rice had authentic Vietnamese flavours while I wasn’t too sure nor liked the rice buns with sweet chilli sauce. There were some interesting menu items like Tea Duck that might get us to return and try.
It was really tough to find somewhere to eat between meal times, 3-5pm when most restaurants are closed: (. Lucky I found this place online that says ‘open now’
The restaurant looks quite new with clean ambiance. The staff members are polite and attentive. We had a little hiccup with the communication in the beginning but it’s no big deal. The foods here are good too. I had spicy beef noodle soup and it doesn’t disappoint! The other stir-fries are good too. The menu is quite big so have to come back again to try other things.
Our food came out quickly with good waitressing. Must be a renovated restaurant because the interior seems freshly done. Highlight of the night was definitely the Honey Prawns. Everything was plated nicely, pretty much expected of contemporary cuisine. Will definitely be coming back some time to try their other dishes
