Great customer service, not only had exactly what I needed but also spent time helping me with a pond problem and heaps of advice, including a warning about the clear way outside the shop!

I very rarely write reviews but I'm so impressed with the customer service from these folks. They were quick to respond to my dumb questions and concerns.and fixed me up with my pond pump issues very conveniently and no fuss. Thanks!

Unbelievably pathetic. After taking an order a week ago and ignoring emails and phone calls to chase the order up, finally an aggravated employer/owner admits they are out of stock and haven't seen fit to advise the customer or to respond to various correspondence efforts. I would avoid these people like the plague. I was told that I was angry and rude, I beg to differ. I was not angry or rude enough.
Have a nice day and my advice is find a better supplier for your irrigation needs. AVOID CREATIVE PUMPS

Excellent service, time was not an issue when explaining products and the correct way on how to use products. Highly recommend Creative Pumps for purchases on any pumps, ponds or accessories you may require.

Have spoken to these guys a few times and they have always been great. Even if they can't get the part they refer me to someone who can. Fantastic service.

Service was good years ago when owner was person dealing with customers on phone.delivery use to be fast, now delivery isn't, and service is poor and unprofessional.
Pond liner arrived with white marker pen ink which had broken while making leaked over water side of liner. Have emailed with no reply also.white staining was left on for delivery. I was told to wash off with metro etc.slack service, shop elsewhere.

Bought from this shop a few times now. Products always working upon arrival, delivery excellent, communication good.

Spoke with the company over the phone initially about a product that I required for a landscaping job, they quoted a price. I asked them to set it aside for collection for three days later, as I am 500+km away from the store but was planning a supplies run. When I got there after driving an hour and a half out of my way from another supplier, I spoke with a couple of store staff who had no clue about any of the other products that they were selling (and frankly gave me the impression that they would rather be anywhere else), and when I asked to pick up the products that were set aside for me they refused to honor the price even though I had the persons name I spoke too, dates, times etc. Incredibly despite this they tried to chat me up about what jobs I had on, and what things I would need for the future. All after trying to charge me $600 more for the stuff that I wanted originally. I explained that I would never patronize their business again. I went round the corner to Seaview aquariums explained the situation to the manager there, they looked after me! AVOID this place!

These people are very helpfull and really know their business. They only carry quality brands so pricing is in acordance.

Bought a solar pump and premium solar panel package and was sent a cheap low quality panel with a different name instead that I could have bought from Jaycar for half the price.

They are very wide-eyed until they take your credit card details.then they don't reply any more.

I was ignored by these scammers.
