I Brought 3.5kg chicken thigh fillet Saturday 16th July 2022 and it was riddled with shards of bone in it, had to spend ages cutting it all out. At $18.88 a kg and a quality butcher shop next door which is cheaper per kg you would expect a high level of quality. Beware future customers.
