Would like to give 0 stars rude woman at the desk, should not be in the business at all, no etiquettes dealing with customers so so disappointed. Ordered T shirt month ago no text no call no communication just rudeness attitude & hell like atmosphere in her shop. Please stay away from this shop.

We've been using Angelo and the team here for years for all staff shirts and also some promo material. Always helpful, especially when we leave things to the last minute and need something urgent.
There is no option to give 0 star for that old lady for her customer service. I still don’t understand why the big companies like SCC keep her for their uniforms. It’s time to rethink.

Bad customer service, I called at 1550 telling the lady that I was 5mins away to buy uniforms to which she replied, "I will be closing at exactly 4pm I have an appointment " I got to the shop at 1555 the door was locked and I called no one picked the phone.
