To be honest I’m not usually one to write testimonials, however my experience with Craig was nothing short of life changing. Like most smokers we believe the process of giving up will be painful and extremely stressful so we avoid it and tell ourselves we will do it later, when the time is right!

I wasn’t totally convinced but went in with an open mind and saw this as an opportunity to try what I’d heard was a quick and painless method to give up. It instantly curbed my cravings which allowed me to think and focus more about what I want out of life without the constant battle in my mind.

I was smoking for 30+yrs and since my one visit in May 2023, I’ve been smoke free ever since.
I was so blown away by what I could possibly achieve through hypnosis that I requested to see Craig again to work on
some limiting beliefs I’ve held onto for a long time and generalised anxiety. These couple of sessions were equally successful.

He helped me with something which is a little hard to explain in a short review, but he basically was the only one to understand what was happening when no one else could. Reversed it very quickly.
Secondly helped me with my anxiety about anxiety. Went from an endless loop of attacks to virtually none in one session (took about a week for them fully to dissolve). I no longer fear it and feel free.
If anything else comes up in the future - I know where to go.

From day one, I knew I was at the right place for Craig to help me. I researched many others; I knew after reviewing his website and listening to his podcast and video on his website. The first meeting was an introduction about understanding hypnotherapy and what will be expected. To me it was an interview before I accept the treatment, I found it was like meeting a trusted and sincere new friend. Since I used up my time explaining my issues with Craig. His understanding to my situation I needed to rescheduled to come back. The second meeting time was absolutely amazing! I left feeling like a new person. I honestly cannot remember when the last time I felt that. Craig was correct when he told me, “you will wake up happy tomorrow morning”, I thought that would be amazing if this happens and everyday since I have. This guy is a bloody magician. I had one session for my sleep paralysis and spent the afternoon dancing around the place like a teenager, whatever shifted made me feel so much better in myself and life. No more visitors during the night either. I was so impressed I reached out for help with my drinking which had escalated to excessive and was impeding my health with high iron levels and weight gain but I was unable to stop it myself using all the excuses under the sun. Again, one session with Craig and BINGO no desire to drink AT ALL from that day on. I was happy to sit on a glass of mineral water with a splash of OJ which is a miracle in my eyes. I have tried everything in the past but an hour of my life was all it took. I've lost a kg in 3 days also. I think if you really want to make the change he can help it happen. Forever grateful.

The results from just one session were amazing. I have since been to social outings, family celebrations, holidays with friends and have not felt the need for a drink (it has now been 4 weeks). I feel fabulous, have loads more energy to get out and enjoy life and am spending much more quality time with my kids. I really didn't believe any treatment could be this effective but it was! Not interested in helping people, only taking your money and not actually providing the service sought after. Paid $250 to be waffled on for 1.5hours without doing any Hypnotheorpy on me at all. After being told that my problem must be causing me lots of issues and lets get it sorted asap, then told that his next appointment isnt for 6 weeks because they are off to Bali! When confronted them about how I felt about not getting what I paid for and not having money to keepcoming back, he only seemed interested in making excuses and canceling my session because I said I couldnt afford to keep coming back, rather than provide solutions or offer up next session free or at discounted rate. Would not recommend this persomn only out to scam your money.

Life changing. I have been to Hypnotherapist all over Adelaide and spent thousands. Let me tell you, this guy is the real deal! The hypnotherapy was unlike any other and i actually felt healing to the point of tears while under. I have been a binge drinker for over 20 years and feel 100% confident that i will never drink again after one session. The only way to explain it was that after my session i felt a massive sense of relief and weight lifted and i dont even think if alcohol anymore, its like a shift has been created. Craig works ethically/professionally but is funny and made me feel so comfortable and not judged. Now i have seen him i realised i have been ripped off elsewear and was just a money pit to others. DEFINITELY the best and only person to see in Adelaide.
