Crafers Bean Cafe reviews
25 Really good coffee and wrap helped make up for a wet and miserable walk up to an aborted attempt to reach Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens.
The footpath we were following ended at a locked gate which was a pain so came down and sought solace in food. Good choice and plenty of locals use it which is always a good sign.
Great little deli/cafe. Makes good hamburgers too, as well as coffee, some cakes and the usual pies, pasties and sausage rolls. Lots of indoor tables and some comfy lounges. Good for a morning coffee or lunch, especially on a rainy winters day or hot summer day (some outdoor seats). Always calm and friendly staff and prices are very reasonable - like ham+cheese croissant and mug coffee only $12.50 - their coffee tastes even better now - changed their beans or something.
The fit-out may not be as trendy as some other cafes, but the food and coffee is delicious and great value! It's a good choice if you're craving a satisfying lunch after a hike through the nearby Mt Lofty Botanic Gardens.
Best chicken schnitzel burger in Adelaide!
Also epic coffee, great variety of food - everything done well, and super comfy lounges by the window.
Stopped here for a quick bite to eat on our weekend getaway. And very happy that we did, we returned on our way home. Service was friendly & efficient, coffee was outstanding (coming from a picky barista)
We got breakfast both times, fresh & wholesome, quickly delivered. Both left satisfied & will return when we travel thru the Adelaide hills again.
Highly recommend this gem of a cafe.
Stopped for a post-ride lunch break and ordered roast pork Banh Mi, which was fresh and delicious. The Cafe has a pleasant atmosphere and I was able to work on my laptop during lunch.
The Texan spicy burger is to die for, such a shame it’s no longer on the menu.
Lovely staff, always service with a smile. Also, good coffee.
Delicious lunch and excellent service. Can't go past their chilli lamb and rosemary turkish sandwish!
Their service is really bad. Staff struggles to understand what you are asking for. Not at all welcoming rather rude staff. Did not get asked for even water there. Food quality was very bad too and very pricey for the food which get served to you. Tables were not clean and overall place wasn’t very hygienic.
Heading up the freeway? Drop in here for your coffee. Consistently great coffee. Support a local!
Stopped in for morning tea on the way up to the botanic gardens. Good coffee, lovely service and a little book exchange.

Good for a morning coffee or lunch, especially on a rainy winters day or hot summer day (some outdoor seats). Always calm and friendly staff and prices are very reasonable - like ham+cheese croissant and mug coffee only $12.10
Based on the unassuming look, I went in expecting competent but unremarkable food. Surprise! The burgers are great. Try the Texan one.
We called in for a quick takeaway on our way to the Mt Lofty Gardens.
Service was fabulous. Lovely girls behind the counter. Coffee/Mochas were great.
We love the coffee and friendly service and are regular visitors to Bean cafe. The coffee flavour taste and temperature is always consistently good and the inhouse roasting mix excellent. Tasty menu items too! Plenty of parking on site
It's rare find a Cafe in this location like CBC. They can provide the fresh baked bean coffee! The food there is under fair prices compared to other Cafes nearby
CBC is dog welcome also, you can enjoy the coffee and variety food with you dog at the verandah!
I am sure will be back to enjoy the hill zone life!
The food here was really good. We got 3 different orders, one for each of us, and each one was really yum. Great prices for what you get and in a beautiful location. Well worth the visit.
Great bakery in Stirling, off the main Street so can be difficult to find, plenty of parking, and good range of bakery products, coffee good too!
Excellent hidden gem of a place! Coffee is fantastic and brekky was spot on, exactly the way we asked them to make it. Highly recommend going there.
Easily the best turkish bread BLT in the hills and possibly in adelaide!
Good price and great size and droolingly delicious!
