Great gym, everyone is so welcoming and all encouraging to each other. Child friendly also.
The team at courage gym have provided great support to both myself and my wife as we begin our new journey.
My husband and myself are super happy I was made aware of the gym Courage Health & Fitness by my exercise physio.
I went there with a very server injury to my foot but has now thankfully gone!
The guys there are super happy and helpful.

Such a friendly, family owned business with sufficient equipment for all levels of fitness. Classes are well run with amazing instructors, give this place a go.

I really like this gym. It's a great community led by dedicated staff who are always so happy to help. Today my son and I asked for feedback on fine-tuning our dead-lifts - it was given with much patience and some humor. The facilities are top notch, showers, nutrition, wellness and of course, the equipment. I love the classes (called 42fsy) that they run Monday to Saturday. Courage Health and Fitness is a great place to grow and improve.
42FSY is the best way I start my day, coaches are amazing. You can tell they love what they do. The classes are great, love going to my morning classes

Amazing gym. Family focused with a indoor area for children as well as a playground outside. Classes are great and the owners are lovely and inviting. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
