Off the main road, less traffic noise. Close to shops and food. Rooms large and clean. Well stocked with utensils, bowls etc. Shower large and water hot. Reasonable price. Lovely staff. Worth the visit.

My wife & stayed here recently. John & Sue were great hosts. Room was clean & comfortable. Would have no hesitation staying here again.

Bruce was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. Room was excellent, very clean and well appointed. Best shower with fabulous water pressure. Will definitely visit again if we are passing through. Would highly recommend

We stayed in room 1, We only stayed for one night but the room was great! The beds were super comfy, the place was really clean! The only issue we had was the shower, the water pressure was horrendous. I understand if it’s because you’re saving water but it was like the water was just dribbling onto my skin I had to put my hands right up against the shower head to feel the slightest bit of pressure, but other than that it was amazing! Even the owners dog went past the room on the side we can’t get to X]

An old favourite for many years. Still clean, quiet, and welcoming. Perfect place to rest the bones

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy, smart, large television excellent, so could watch Netflix. Pretty expensive for age and type of room. Have travelled extensively in OZ and overseas and this type of room and motel room generally price around $110-$120, not $165.
Only brown, salty, bore water available to drink and put in coffee. Foul really.
A fair distance from eatery's and hotels.

The rooms here are spacious, comfortable and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were serviced in a timely fashion each morning. Only fault was no hot water to the basin in the bathroom. I've stayed here a few times over the years but don't recall this issue before. I omitted to mention it to reception.

Very very clean, this place was amazing. From the breakfast to relaxing. Just a very well kept place. Friendly staff and beautiful. Enjoyed our stay.

The location was was great as easy walking to the local pub and wine bar. Breakfast was delivered to our room at our requested time and that andvthe coffee nice and hot.
The room was quite large with a Queen size bed and a large single bed and the rooms were very clean. A large flat screen Smart TV in our room.

The hot water system was dreadful. They recommend you save water but have to run the hot tap for a long time till you actually get any hot water.

Great motel - super friendly staff, clean, comfy bed, some basic amenities in the room like coffee, tea, cutlery etc. Perfect for a short stay!

Very nice. Room was roomy, big flat screen TV, huge bathroom, excellent shower, clean (very important), comfy bed. Zero complaints, big thumbs up.

Nice clean room. Owned by a husband and wife. The husband is lovely but the wife is extremely rude and a bit of a bully. I used a campstove outside my room and reheated the leftovers in the microwave in the room. I was charged $50 extra. (That's life I guess) but the way I was spoken to by the owners wife was horrible and extremely unprofessional

I stayed here for 2 nights, rooms very clean, everything accessible and everything you could need for a great stay, Mr and Mrs Coulter are excellent hosts.
