Country Road

Great variety of merchandise but the staff can be quite condescending, with a pseudo know-it-all attitude. They only start warning up when you purchase goods. Quite off-putting! All acting like they work in CH!

Excellent customer service today from Donna. Sorted out my online return and sourced new sizes. Nothing was too much trouble.

I shop here all the time and always receive the best customer service, particularly yesterday I bought some bowls and sadly just as I walked out of the store I slipped and fell on wet floor and everything smashed! I was obviously devastated but Abbie helped me and was very kind to replace everything for me without hesitation, really above and beyond!

Came in today to swap some clothes that had been bought online for myself as a gift. I was served in the mens section by the bloke in the white linen shirt, and he was brilliant! Without hesitation he grabbed all of the items that I was changing in the right size, didn't make me feel like a bother at all. As I wanted to change the colour of one item, I asked him for suggestions on what would be easiest to wear and match, and he offered advice quickly and in a helpful manner. I swapped all my things, and when I decided to switch one item for a beach towel, he showed me that there was a bigger size which I hadn't seen and has probably saved me from a few sand-caked beach trips.
I was really impressed and felt great leaving. Top quality service!

Was not greeted by anyone in store, despite being there over 5 minutes in one department alone.

Let me describe to you my experience of Country Road Unley!
It was a gorgeous day, I had awoken at approximately 8am on a saturday, with one thing in mind.buying new clothing. I vigilantly prepared myself for my busy day, getting dressed and eating breakfast being two of the procedures that I like to practise in my morning routine. After getting ready, I excitedly hopped in my brand spanking new Range Rover SVAutobigraphy. I then drove 5km under the speed limit all the way to Unley Country Road where I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who offered valet parking to me! For free! I then gracefully waltzed into the store, my red velvet cape trailing behind me. I then Proceeded to buy every necessary item in the store. I must say, the budget proces that are offered here are absolutely amazing. A leather handbag for only $550? Sign me up! I really liked how the products have been set at a price that still allows me to be able to afford other things, such as PAC school fees for my son Andrew.

I always enjoy shopping at Country Road Unley. Their staff are friendly, they have an extensive range, their store is easy to access and laid out well. Staff are well trained and helpful when required but aloof when not required which makes the shopping experience more enjoyable. This is just about the best one i have been too aside from the Norwood one.

I love CR, but this shop has the worst customer service.
