Country Picnic Bakery reviews
9Bloody beautiful country pies and pasties and i should no about country i come from port neill
I never get a chance too stop into this gem of a bakery as I'm always passing thru on a Tuesday, but today i stopped in for a coffee and sandwich and oh my it is to die for, freshly made wholemeal bread was absolutely delicious and the coffee was absolutely perfect, can't wait to taste the mushroom quiche i grabbed for my lunch later on
Highly recommend stopping in when you're next passing thru Myponga
Oh wow, the cakes are amazing. The best chocolate donut I have ever eaten. So fresh and fluffy, icing is divine. Berlina bun was to die for too.
Nice little country bakery with on site production. Good coffee also!
If exploring the area I recommend you visit and enjoy!
Meat pie was one of the best I've had, and I prefer chunky steak but it was 2: 00 p.m. And they were all sold out. Sausage roll was good too.
However the tragic vanilla slice did not satisfy, it was flavorless and gluggy and the pastry was soggy. Particularly disappointing after I was advised by the attendant that it was a very good vanilla slice. I couldn't get it down. Would have gladly traded it for another of those pies. Choc doughnut was dry.
Recommended going here for savoury not pastries.
Great pies and pasties. A very warm, welcoming and pleasant staff to go with all the assorted pastries. I always stop when passing through Myponga.
In SA for work and hit this Bakery every morning on the way to site. Friendly team great coffee pies pastries and fresh made ham salad rolls.
A little pricey compared to my local Sydney bakeries but employer meal allowance eases the pain. Recommended none the less
Great food. Awesome home-made bread & sandwiches. Cold drinks. Coffee. Cakes. Cookies.
Such a nice family-owned bakery with awesome pastries. We stopped here in the middle of our road trip and enjoyed having fresh and delicious Apple pie and Donuts.
