Popped in to check out this place as had seen them on Facebook and their range looked wonderful and they had been helpful in their replies. Their range did not disappoint and their prices are competitive. I am looking forward to planning the layout of my garden based on the plants I priced and took photos of to work out positioning. I have to say I'm disappointed that I'll now be going elsewhere to purchase these items because of the completely uncalled for, utterly rude and judgemental treatment from Mark Harrison. He refused to say hello, made comments about there being a "funny smell around here" (which I brushed off initially, assuming it was about something else), however he then deliberately ignored our goodbye, despite looking directly at us, and then proceeded to give us the death stare as we walked back to the car and continued as we pulled out the car park. I have NEVER been stared out of a place before, or made to feel so unwelcome, particularly when we had been nothing but friendly.
It is such a shame because everything and everyone else in the place was lovely.
Perhaps he was referring to his own attitude when he noticed the "funny smell" because that was the only thing that stunk in that place.

Have never had anything but friendly and helpful service. They'll always offer to carry things out to the car and give advice if needed. Good range, good prices.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Just browsing plants because I didn’t know what I wanted and when I said that to who I think is the owner I got a roll of the eyes and a very dirty look. As I was leaving I also got a very snarly comment behind my back to another worker about how I parked as the car park isn’t very well marked out. I was going to purchase a bird bath but would not waste my money supporting this rude business

Staff here are very welcoming and helpful. They have a good selection of plants and potting mixes etc. Prices are good. Not much else you can ask for really.

Such a gem of a nursery. Lovely staff and a huge range of plants which are decent in price. Definitely will be back to purchase more!

I really don;t know how anyone could give this place less than 5 stars. An absolutely wonderful, loyal and community minded family business that treat their customers, their business and their stock with a genuine, considered care.

So many varieties of outdoor and indoor plants. The shop from outside does look small. But when you get inside, it's huge! Prices are very reasonable. The lady cashier was so friendly and helpful. I'm happy with what I bought too. Definitely coming back to buy more plants

I love going to Cost Less Plants to find some new plants, pots & all good things for my garden. Always end up buying lots of plants, then having to find a spot for them. Lots to choose from & good prices. Everyone is helpful & friendly. Thanks Mark

Old man who I think was the owner is a creep with terrible attitude. Don't shop there if you want to be smirked at and made feel uncomfortable. Very dry and blunt service, definitely will not be purchasing from there again

Friendly people, love the variety of the pots and colours attract the eye. Plus, while not being in close suburbia, it is'nt too far to go to have a look for yourself.

A lovely selection of “Protea World” plants and I have shopped here before. Unfortunately this time we were made to feel EXTREMELY unwelcome by the owner who had a go at us for being his car park for “too long” before entering the shop. We had sat in our car for around 10 minutes as it was lunch time and we were waiting for our children to finish eating their lunch so they weren’t carrying food into his store. We found this very odd but explained and then brushed it off.
As we left, we received more attacking comments from him about not purchasing anything.
Extremely disappointing especially when your children notice and ask why is the man being so rude? We left the store confused as to why the store owner would treat people like this and shell shocked by his attitude. Actually I’m embarrassed for him behaving like that, other people heard it and I’m sure they won’t be returning either. That’s thousands of dollars going to another business now because we were in there planning our native landscaping for both the front and rear garden.
