I had dinner here twice this week. I travel Australia alot and find most pubs are lack lustre with food these days. I can honestly say I had one of the best steaks of my life there last night. The beef is to die for and executed perfectly. The salad bar is amazing too. Fabulous service also, well done team.

Our family had dinner here last night, food was absolutely awesome, all the people really friendly and the beers were cold! Couldnt ask for a better pub!

First time I have ever seen a Squid Snitty with prawn combo and I feel in LOVE decent sized portion, not floury like other locals make. It was fantastic.
There was a nice selection of salads and cooked vegetables
Prices were completely affordable only $22 for my meal.
It was a lovely day to eat outside in the beer garden and of course the seagulls made their presence known, but were not intrusive. But there is street noise being so close to the road
The beer garden has plenty of grass area with a toy box for kids.
Located in the main street it is easy to find.
Plenty of parking available

The beer garden is really kid and dog friendly which was amazing for tired parents trying to enjoy their meals.
Could not fault a single part of my dinner ($20 T-bone steak and chips) had free access to the veggie and salad bar, everything was hot and tasty and fresh. 100% will come back and recommend to everyone I know! Thankyou so much.

These guys are absolutely amazing! We’re so kind to us throughout the night and had the best night partying. Nettie was the absolute best and we loved her (she deserved a raise). Thanks for having us and letting us celebrate our EOS trip!

This is a wonderful country South Australian pub. We had a quiet family lunch there. We had the fish and chips, burger and chips and the home made meat balls. All of our meals were hot, tasty and came out promptly after ordering. The hot vegetable and salad bar was a real treat with a great variety of food. Well worth the visit.

Had lunch with my brother and the food was perfect and the staff were fantastic well done.

There meals are delicious and the salad bar and veg is perfectly fresh. I highly recommend the schnitzel parmigiana.

It was a budget choice that gave single person rates. Room was just a bed, tv, and a side table. Found out later there was a communal kitchen which would have improved the experience. Bistro was nice and the staff friendly.

I stayed overnight prior to hospital visit and stress melted away when I found the most friendly, accommodating staff in this lovely old (meticulously cleaned) building.
I was fasting so can only say menu is impressive but, went back after hospital for a beer.
Wallaroo's not my favourite town but, the "Corny" truly lives up to the kind of considerate country hospitality we all hope for when travelling or, just popping in for a drink.
Stop in, whatever the reason, you won't be disappointed.

We came in lastnight as a table of 10 and 4 kids, staff were so friendly and nothing seemed too hard to accommodate. All of our meals were out at the same time (which is rare at other pubs for a large group) so my family could all enjoy their meals together. The chicken schnitzel was juicy and yummy, the pepper gravy was so good I couldn't stay away from it! The carbonara came as a huge serving and the fish was fresh and delicious! I will definitely be returning to this pub on our next trip to Wallaroo.
