Incredible double smoked bacon made by the butcher himself.
The pork sausages reminded us of our trip to Ireland 15 years ago they were so good.
We actually bought up before heading back to Adelaide. We highly recommend them.

Fantastic meat and great selection! In 3 days visited 3 times but bought 6 meals for 6 nights! Lamb, pork, chicken, beef schnitzel, chicken schnitzel and the best was melt in your mouth beef fillet minion just perfect as promised!

Stopped by here whilst travelling through. Turned out to be a teriffic stop. Whilst here we bought a couple of feeds worth of salt bush lamb cutlets, chops and lamb snags. All amazing, but those cutlets. The lamb snags too cooked up beautifully on the BBQ and were the hero of a meal of bangers and mash. To top it off we received as friendly and helpful service as you would get anywhere. Wish this was my local butcher.

Just passing through and always support local small businesses. Bought lamb sausages here and worst I have ever had, not sure what they are but definitely not Lamb. Very disappointing.

Passing thru Burra we bought some meat from these guys. Immediate impression was "what a great couple of young blokes they are". It has been an added bonus that the meat has been sensational. And we are meat officianados!
Absolutely highly recommended.
