I went to the cooks market today 02/12/2022 to purchase 8 Food Stackers they only had 5 no problem with that. I asked a lady with pink hair if they could order any more and she said the supplier had probably cut off their pre xmas orders. No problem with that either. Then i picked up a Scanpan saute pan from the shelf with a price of 49.99 on the sticker. I took it up to the counter to buy and that is when the service went south. When it was scanned it came in at 103.00 approximately. I said that the price on the pan said 49.99 and was told that a customer must have changed the sticker. I would like to say that their were other products with the same stickers typed in exactly the same way.
When i queried that i should have got the product at the price specified i was told we are not a supermarket and the boss would not be happy to loose money. Once again i shop their all the time and am usually very happy with the serivce until today. I do not know the lady with the pinks hairs name but i suggest some customer training would be a good thing when it comes to customer service.

Got alot of stuff for my classes and for my house at a very cheap price. Almost everything is sold there, bloody amazing.

Went in this shop for the first time today.
Quite a large shop with a great variety of cooking supplies (even for the home cook). The lady that served me was so helpful and found me exactly what I wanted, invoice says I was served by Jenara, she went above and beyond for my few small purchases. Will be back again when I need more cooking supplies.

Lovely layout, nice friendly staff plenty of options for most of your baking or cooking needs.
Been going here for a while now and will continue to for all my cake supplies.

I love this store! I love baking and cooking, and so far I haven't been let down when I go there for a particular item.
Today I wanted an 8" x 4" loaf pan. The assistant took her tape measure and personally measured all of the pans so I could purchase the correct size.
You really have to go there to experience the myriad of items for sale.
Parking by the door.

Friendly professional service. Always have exactly what I am looking for. I would highly recommend.

Wow this is seriously a shop filled with quality items for the home cook, budding junior chef, for the apprentice chef & all kitchen staff. From knives, chopping boards, aprons, shoes, cookie cutters & general kitchen essentials. The staff are very helpful & friendly too.

Extensive range of quality products, knowledgeable and personable staff. Outstanding service all round, our go-to supplier for our business needs! I love that they pack everything up in recycled boxes and bags to minimise waste where possible.

Great store. Stocks great products. Friendly service that greets you at the door. Always tempting to buy something new and check what they have in person.

Wouldn't shop there again.
I bought an itallian coffee express set and it broke with in 2 weeks.

They come up with every excuse under the sun as to not giving me a refund.
They wouldn't even replace it for me and continued to tell me it was my fault.
2 WEEKS I had it for.

I never put negative reviews up but think it was ridiculous, the excuses that were thrown.

I think if your buying an express coffee pot
and your using it on an electric stove top.
If they don't supply the metal thing that needs to be put between the coffee pot and stove (which I was told after) and don't warn people when purchasing that they are fully responsible for replacing what has been broken.

I followed ALL instructions properly.

I asked to speak directly to the maker of these and I was refused twice

Clearly the shop is responsible and doesn't want to do right by their customers.
Lessened learnt.

They won't be getting my buisness again and everyone will know about it.

I used it as per directions.

Your very unclear on it being burnt out as I had an electric stove not gas.
Then was told I needed to put it on a same size oven plate. (which no electric stove is the size of a coffee espresso machine.)
Then got told I needed an extra thing to put between the coffee pot and plate (which was not included nor explained when purchasing).
I got a refund of my second one because I bought two and it hadn't been used (thank goodness that was a present).

You people are happy to take people's money but can't look after them if you fail to do your job properly yet sell the proper stuff when people purchase.
It's pretty simple.
As a business owner myself I understand and treat my clients/customers with respect.
I gave you two chances and you still talked your way out of it.
Not doing the right thing as a buisnowner by your customers expect a bad review.

I was happy with the effort your staff member put in to follow up but yet still not happy with the end result.

People are free to give a review and I've been fair and respectful in what I've said.

You can get lost in here for hours there are a lot of different tools and equipment here for most cooking and baking needs. I love browsing random things, But my favourite is the baking section.

Very nice people, always happy to help answer questions, very knowledgeable. Sorted us out with our upcoming boyz poker night!

Super nice store for catering equipment, kitchenware and that sort of goods. The staff and owner are very nice people and helpful.

Even though I didn’t end up buying anything, the lady in the shop was so incredible helpful and friendly and was more than happy to chat and provide advice:)

Love this place! I can't leave without buying something, so much variety and the staff are amazing!
