At first, I thought it was a bit pricey, but now after having experienced what they do, it was worth every cent! The 2 lads that did my move were professional and super-efficient. Even calling me a few times to ensure they got all the correct items (nice work Joel), and even with the obstacles of a horrid weather day, and some wet and slippery surfaces, they were fast and worked extremely well together as a team. Very VERY happy with the outcome and service. The communication from the Office (Belinda) was also top notch and consistent, with calls, emails and texts to keep you up to date with the process. 100% recommend. Thanks Complete removals!

Exceeded all expectations, worth every penny, from calling to book in, to saying goodbye felt like a 5 star experience. While meeting the criteria I was asking after, urgency, they also kept in mind best value and gave me ALL the options, met my needs, exceptional customer service, from digital, phone and in person, not once did I need to question if it was all on track or complain about being spammed. The movers on the day were on time to the minute with the planned heads up. Their internal system tracked every time section and quality checks with sign off from them and me the client, they were professional but also friendly and took amazing care even with some tight spots, truly the best. Will use again.

We have used Complete Removals a few times, and every time has been outstanding. Starting from the first phone call, leading up to the big day, and up until the very end. I can’t give a higher review, they are friendly, organised, professional and safe.

The team at complete removals were great, they have comprehensive preparation and helped me move fast and efficiently. When there was a miscommunication in the start time they also resolved it amicably. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them.

The boys were so professional and caring. They deserved a six pack for working in such unbearable weather and did it with a smile. Amazing! I would and will use this company again, no hesitations.

As much as it pains me to write a negative review, my experience left a sour taste and felt compelled to share.

Off the top, the guys on site were friendly & respectful, however, careless. As a result the dining table took a major hit beyond repair.

No biggie, it’s replaceable.

But what left the sour taste, despite their brand promise of being most friendliest, trusted & reliable, is that I’d be left out of pocket $250 to buy a replacement (their insurance excess) and left with a broken table in my garage to dispose.

Long story short, they were friendly but not trusting, nor reliable.

Complete Removals, were very good they turned up before the recommended start time, and were very professional through out the removal process. I would recommend Complete Removals to my family and friends.

I was amazed that they were able to move a recliner urgently for my elderly father so that he had leg support after an operation. 2 hours later and the chair is moved and in place! Also phone calls to confirm pick up and delivery! Can’t beat that! Thankyou!

Ben, Adam and Bill were amazing they did not stop apart from their break time. Our job was more difficult because it was a split property so lots of stairs to climb. They were friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Local move and super satisfied with the whole moving process. All staff, admin + removalists, were polite, professional and extremely efficient. Removed all the stress from moving and their prices were very reasonable. Totally recommend.

We recently had the floors in house replaced with timber floors. Therefore we needed our furniture removed, stored and returned when the work was finished. Complete Removals were recommended to us by a neighbour. They were fantastic. They kept us up to date on timing and arrived when they said they would. They looked professional, were very careful and cheerful. There was absolutely no damage to any of our stuff. We are very thankful to them for the looking after us and would highly recommend them to anyone.
