I highly recommend Cafe Services for their friendly service and knowledge on everything coffee related.

I can't recommend. Refused to honour the warranty on a machine that I purchased from them, claiming that a T-piece that is an integral part of the machine's plumbing is a "consumable" part and is therefore not covered. Also didn't bench test the machine fully, failing to pick up a second problem that ultimately was corrected elsewhere. Very poor service.

We've used this company for some years to repair our machines onsite at cafes. They're prompt and professional - and HONEST. They're truly a rare find. Their workshop repair technician Adrian along with their on-site repair technician Bill are an incredible duo that represent their business so incredibly well.

So happy with the service we receive from genuinely great people.

I had a very bad experience with my Gaggia Megenta Milk machine. I was sold the machine and was assured that it was a reliable option, but it broke down three times in the four months since I bought it. The worst part was the customer service. The last time it needed service (it was leaking), it took a whole month to get it fixed. Now, the grinder has stopped working. I called them after Christmas and was told the earliest I could bring it in was in two weeks, even though the machine is still under warranty. Once I bring it in, they have another two weeks to fix it. Overall, I have had this machine for four months and during that time, I have been unable to make coffee for two months. I would advise others to avoid this company and not to be fooled by their advertising and good ratings.

My humble purchase of a Rhino Dosing Scale arrived here on Kangaroo Island within two days. That must be a record! I was kept informed of its progress from the beginning and the securely packed excellent little scale, so ridiculously cheap, has been working flawlessly. Can't ask for better than that. You've gained a new customer.

The boys were so helpful, friendly and courteous in all my dealings with them. Fixed my little vintage (!) Gaggia Cubika and had it back to me within a few days for an incredibly reasonable price. Highly recommend. Thanks again lads!

Kayne, Peter and the whole team are amazing. They will Solve whatever issues and queries that you got. No matter how complicated it is. Bought my new machine from them and extremely impressed by their service. Oh yes they bench tested all the machine before handing over to you.

The staff are courteous and work is always completed at a high level. Any issues identified is explained well so as to understand the repairs required.

Service department is good, explain things clearly so you can make an informed decision about work, and return machine nice and clean.

I'm a repeat customer. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for repairs and service on my machine. Very happy!

I was happy with the quality of the service. My only issue is that it took over two weeks for my simple, small machine service to happen. I was advised when I dropped it off that two weeks would be needed, but would have appreciated a call to advise actual timing, when known.

The guys at Complete Cafe Services really understand their products and go out of their way to help customers. They are terrific to deal with.

All dealing for both service and repair work were all finished within the time frame and price quoted. They even came to the office for a small repair issue once. Very happy.

This time it was for a personal use machine-and I went to you all because the previous experience was amazing. The purchase this time was done via my partner so your records won't show my name; however, I did the research and recommended your business as a reliable place because of the experience a few years ago. Sadly, the wonderful customer service from a few years ago wasn't there this time. Maybe you all were having a bad day.it happens to all of us.

Great communication and support to enable us to get our machine repaired quickly. We needed to travel to deliver the machine and these guys were flexible with us being able to drop off/ pick up machine on the weekend.
