Community Bridging Services (CBS) Inc.

I was forced to attend here while studying and have had to withdraw from some study due to the trauma from their abuse. This was my first in person appointment and was immediately hostile with two site employees in the same meeting against myself.

They refused to give me the their forms to sign and wanted to write everything themselves. I advised if I could take the forms home to fill out I can fill in what I'm comfy with - they advised the forms cant leave the office or be handed to me and they are the property of CBS.

When I advised this is not workable and I cant supply info on a form I cant see they threatened welfare checks from the police for my next 2 years program of service to ensure I am OK.

In my opinion weaponizing the police against a client as a day to day business strategy is abuse pure and simple. As someone who has training in MH this is a truly disgusting use of government resources and brings the whole DES system into disrepute.

Rude. Arrogant. Unprofessional. Extremely Aggressive. Verbal Abuse. The list goes on. 100% do not recommend.
