I saw Dr Michelle thomas. I never received a follow up call 6 weeks later so I didn't even find out the results of my procedure. The reception staff are rude and talked about me while I was still in the room. The billing staff were so rude and difficult, absolutely wasted my time chasing payment rather then just contacting my private health insurer directly to sort the issue. Do not recommend.

Friendly group of surgeons who are willing to spend the extra time with you to ensure you have a plan and understand.

I would give Dr Michelle Thomas 5 stars Every time for her professionalism, and care and understanding that she gives to all of her patients. ️

Had my 5 yearly Colonoscopy with Dr Sweeneys (retired) replacement, Dr Mark Lewis at the St Andrews Hospital. I was overwhelmed with the care and interest by hospital staff in a newly refurbished day surgery facility. Dr Lewis and his anesthetist were friendly, professional and explained the procedure before the event and discussed minor issues discussed post surgery. It was a drama free attendance. Thank you

I’ve tried contacting this place twice with a question regarding a few things and the reception staff are incredibly rude, arrogant and hung up when I asked about becoming a patient due to a chronic colorectal wound. It states on the website about a Medicare gap if you don’t have private health to which the woman replied “they won’t see you without private health” and hung up on me before asking if I had any other questions or letting me reply. I’ve seen one of the surgeons before through a different hospital and won’t be going here in future due to not wanting to deal with the staff. I’ve spoken to a few of the reception team and all have been very rude.

Dr Matthew Lawrence was brilliant. Unbelievably knowledgeable.
