Dr Matthew Rathjen is an incredible doctor that makes time for his patient and genuinely cares for them. He listens to them and works with them, doing everything he can to assist them. A true doctor and geuinely good person. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for this practice, my doctor and the genuinely compassionate admin staff. I highly recommend this practice.

The best Medical Practice I have been with in over 20 years. I have been moving around like most people, due to practice staff changing so frequently, so am so pleased to have found a very stable and caring practice so close to home, and right next door to a chemist (Chemist King Goodwood Rd). The staff at Reception are just amazing, and so caring and thoughtful, watching them balance the incredible amount of incoming calls, with a steam of patrons in the waiting area was amazing, I was unlucky with an excruciating painful medical condition, and the staff did EVERYTING they could to ensure I had access to Dr Appts as often as required, (Along with caring treatment from inhouse physio from Wendy) along with expiditing CT appts, just can't thank them enough, it was bad enough not being able to move very well, so the care this practice showed me was over and above what I have experienced anywhere, and so appreciated. Dr Matthew Rathjen has been wonderful in getting me through a very difficult time, so with him and the awesome staff in the front, I can't fault this great team of professionals
