11 The shop had a great selection, but the clerk kept calling me a "good girl" which was creepy. I'm pushing 30, so there's no way he mistook me for a child. He was also a bit misogynistic. I'm very off-put by the whole ordeal.
Only shop here if you're a man or enjoy being patronised, I guess.
Nice book shop, really love this kind of vintage style book shop, like back in the day, friendly owner and he is a JP as well, helping the community, respect!

Been in here twice when I was just passing by. First time I found the book I had been looking for immediately. Second time I came back and found the same book and the 5 sequels as a bundle for a very reasonable price. They were all in very good condition considering they’re about 40 years old! The proprietor is such a nice fella as well.
Great, old style bookstore with plenty of fiction and nonfiction. Had a good Sci-Fi section too!

I was searching for a novel to complete a trilogy. After emailing several local bookstores to no avail, I called Colonel Light Books. They had the title in stock, at a very reasonable cost. The owner went out of his way to go next door to the Post Office to check postage costs, and then called me back.

Large selection of relatively modern titles; very modest range of genuine antique and collectable books.
Nice fellow running the place, and a good selection of books if you're onto history and the classics. Good prices too.
