41ALL THE GOODS AND PRICESHAVE BEEN RAISED WAY TOO HIGH, OR THE AMMOUNT OF THE ITEM HAD HAD UP TO A THIRD REMOVED AND REPACKAGED AND EVEN HAD THE CHEEK TO INCREASE THE PRICE FOR A SMALLER SERVE, UT AGAIN MY PET HATE AT COLES STORES, IS THEIR CONTINUAL SELLING OF MILK WITH ONLY 1 OR 2 DAYS USE BY DAYS LEFT ON 1,2, AND 3 LTR CONTAINERS, THEY ONLY MUST GET MILK TWICE A WEEK, BUT I ALLWAYS BUY MY MILK AT FOODLAND ON HAWKER ST, ALLWAYS TEN DAYS MINIMUM BEFORE THE USE BY DATE, THEY GET IT EVERYDAY, SO LIKE YOU'LL SEE 27TH NOV & 28TH NOV. ALLWAYS FRESH AS, AND WHEN I AM NEARLY OUT ITS STILL 5 DAYS FRESHER THAN COLES MILK ON THEIR BEST DAY. COLES YOUR MAKING "RECORD" PROFITS OFF THE BACK OF TBE BATTLERS, TIME TO FIX YOUR PRICING TO A MORE JUSTIFIABLE LEVEL! AND PISS YOUR OLD STALE MILK OFF.
No self check out and only 2-3 cashiers opened. Might be a bit slow. Apart from that, shelves are always restocked.
Recently downgraded Coles store. No deli no butcher. No bakery. At least it has checkouts that aren't self service
It's an amazing place to do shipping! It's compacted and less crowded.everything is close to each other. Add to it the Friendly staff too. It's provided with an undercover car park. I liked it heaps!
Ridiculous that they still don’t have self checkout. Every other store in the country has it by now. There’s always long lines for the checkout and you are waiting for ages.
I don't go here unless I have to. Service is very slow and poor. Shop itself is small and not much variety compared to the bigger Coles stores
Served by Maria register 003 @ 18.04pm - she obviously does not want to work there - and I have to be party to her bad attitude. She scanned items and put them to the side to put them into the bags after she had scanned everything - who does that - does she think double handling everything is what I signed up for - ended up packing my own bag as she scanned. Coles Prospect - if you dont monitor your staff - you will lose client - I will be purchasing items from other stores for the next month - you will not be rewarded for not monitoring your staff's attitudes
No deli section that's all i went in for and it didn't have it very disappointed
Good underground parking, Post Office, Bakery & hairdresser also available within Coles building.
Saturday 26th February, around 15: 30. The female cashier with long black hair humiliated me in front of the customers behind me. She talked to me rudely, required me to put the basket on the floor, never looked at me once.
Before I tap my card to pay, she already started talking to the next customer. Completely ignored my existence.
I was shown zero respect.
Manager of this store, I hope you take this seriously. I have been your loyal customer for years, never met a single staff rude like this in your store.
This is by far my favourite Coles. Underground car park. Nothing's beats this especially on raining or sunny hot days. Keep this up guys, we are grateful for you.
Great store, staff are friendly (5 stars) but car park is tight and narrow. There is also a leaky roof in the underground car park which is almost under the toilet.concerning! And it has a horrible smell. See photos attachedLots of vandalism too. This roof has been leaking for ages. Lift your game Coles and if it’s the landlords responsibility then tell them. *****Lights under car park now not all working and spotlights have been installed. Dark and dingy. Simply not adequate.
Coles is always the best n this store is loc asted in a quite good location. Ample parking n enough stuff to buy under one single roof
Always shop here staff are friendly and helpful and store is always clean and shelves always full
I usually shop at Woolworths, but Coles Prospect have an underground car park which is great in the wet weather
One if the best stocked and the CLEANEST COLES I have ever visited.

Was ok but couldn't get a carpark as all the school parents park there to go pick up there kids from school
It is a small coles - adequate range, decent service and normally not wildly busy. What more can you say?
It's small and quiet which is good because there's not many tardis running around except for me. Staff are handy aswell
