Coles Park Holme reviews
63I use to like coming and shopping here. I only come here for few items now. Wont do a big shop here anymore became to hard with the checkouts gone. I go to other supermarkets with real people serving.
Grossly overpriced, so nothing new there, and their customer service was as per usual - NON-EXISTENT!
Not happy. 12 and under items lane has gone and now they are forcing me to go thru the selfserve check out area and staff will help you scan your items.pain in the arse for me and staff. I will be going to coles castle plaza and woolies/drakes from now on.at least they have someone to serve you.
Now a few weeks later im perservering with this new layout.its chaos.not happy.speaking to other people in line saying its a useless system.went to coles castle plaza and kurralta park to shop what a breeze to go thru the 12 and under lane.you dont know what you got until its gone.
I've used the self checkouts and now I'm ashamed of myself contributing to coles doing what they have now done!
It's only a matter of time now and you want see any staff but someone will be watching from above.
The good days where when a 15 year old could come from school and work for a few hours now those kids won't get an opportunity to learn basic work ethics!
Coles is always a good place to shop, with a large variety at competitive prices. Having the bottle shop there is a great idea.
Expensive but I was limited for choice. Clean store, but mostly self service now. Foodland doesn't employ self service checkouts, so if available, that's where I shop. The prices Coles charge for thier products, they should be employing Local people.
The advertise "keeping cost of living down" and yet it's clear everything is going up so I'm not sure who Coles is trying to fool here
I couldn't find the master chef pots and pans, it's to crowded when you using a checkout people walking past and the front as your leaving isn't very covid-19 safe. The walk way is way too small when you have a trolley going to your car
Only filling in time here but it looks like a well organised and well stocked shop. I would have done my shopping there if I had something to keep cold goods cold.
This store always has fresh, crisp silverbeet & other greens here. I only use the cashier assisted check out none of that self serve for me, I want service. Beware the carpark can be bedlam.
Honestly, my life.my wife, my children.everything about coles makes me happier than i have ever been.especially the m and m cookies
No customer service. Coles force you to serve yourself and charge excessive prices. Customers walking in for cigarettes get priority over overyone else. It is infuriating to shop here. Do not shop here!
My favourite store, I have 3 in my area. Great helpful staff and convenient location with easy ample parking. Most products are available even in these tough times. Thanks Coles team members.
The store is fine but your prices are not.
The new machines are shocking especially for the elderly some cannot even use or manage them yet your bringing more into every store it is sad for people try always want to check out the old fashioned way, but it seems that you look for the younger generation that know so much about all of this new technology.
Coles used to be my only shopping store, now your to expensive and not looking after the people that have shopped in coles for many years.
Sad, so sad
Member of staff very rude. Insulting.
Disgusting service today. No wonder I choose self service normally.
Shame because staff normally lovely.
I was laughed by one of the female employees, i have near been laughed or made fun off in a shop before.
The staff are rude and management needs to train their staff in customer service and respect.
I have been to a lot of coles stores in Adelaide and I think this is the worst one I've been to.
The two ladies working today at the front of the store I have come across them several times over the year’s never happy to be working there I asked for help and she rolled her eyes at me not professional at all seem to always be dragging there feet.
Generally this Coles store is pretty convenient to locals, however the parking can be a nightmare and a danger to your car, This Coles store is generally clean but stock can vary in availability, especially fresh product. Shop early if you want fresh stock and product from the bakery. This has only been an issue during Covid, so I would expect this to improve as supply issues improved post pandemic. Staff generally helpful but can be expectly stressed at times. Inclusion of Liquor land has meant that most of my needs are now catered for. Outside entrance can be messy with overflowing bins and litter from people sitting at door seats. People still park in Handicap spots when clearly not eligible, Courtesy please.
Coles Parking is terrible as you need eyes in the back of your head with cars coming from all angles. Especially during peak times such as early on weekends I suggest you avoid shopping on weekends, if you don't want a dented car or hit a pedestrian. Better Coles management is needed by Marion council of this hazard. Area around shop entrances are becoming increasingly dirty as well with unemptied bins overflowing onto paths. It was convenient once but fast becoming a pain to go to and visit as a convenient local Coles shopping venue. Pity as shop inside is quite good, apart from occasional stock shortages which is to be expected during Covid.
Coles playing banging tunes today I went in for a small shop and added up walking round for ages listening to the excellent music. Good job you guys I ended up doubling my spend today $$$
