Coles Northpark reviews
34 Coles is understaffed, and had to wait 20 minutes to be served. Typical of these large supermarkets to try and save money, with lack of staff.
If this continues, they will lose customers.
So that was my experience at Coles today.
Absolutely disappointing.
Coles and Woolies much the same on Sundays. Mainly Indian people working.and they are much the same as in public - No manners or respect.
This review goes to Mary, I go to Coles at Northpark at least 3 times a week and Mary is always working so hard making sure the nut selection area is clean. I really see the passion that she she has and would like her to know that she is doing a fantastic job.
I was denied the scanning error policy by the store manager Rory Godsall and was told to leave the store.
Appalling customer service, especially by a manager!
It's a coles and it has most of the stuff I want it is in renovation ATM so that's why the 4 star
Car parking is discussing, ever time you park you end up with shopping trolley marks on vehicle.
Usually solid, clean and exactly what you expect. Vegetable range and freshness isn't always amazing and sometimes they are out of pretty common stuff.
Rang this store looking for a Masterchef chopper as they have been hard to find. I spoke to a lady by the name of Heidi and she sourced me one quickly and efficiently the next day
Coles needs to train their new checkout operators in fresh produce identification and in packing so that produce isn't squashed and bruised. Also in packing bags to a suitable weight so that straps or the bags themselves don't break under the weight
Love this coles it stocks halal meet aswell makes it so much easier for us Muslims to shop everything at one spot.
It was good I always find all of the food items that I need.and if I can't I ask a staff member who will assist me.
Good prices and food quality at this location is generally better than others. Cash register staff are friendly.
There are some great staff here but also some staff that make you want to never set foot in the store again. They are rude to people and disrespectful. Unfortunately they are some of the older staff and should know better. I'm not young myself but always look to be served by the friendlier younger people. It has been so bad in recent times that we have been driving out to Saints road Foodland rather than go to this particular store. Saints stocks more interesting products, not just the top 5 sellers, is a much nicer and more up to date store and we have never met an unpleasant staff member there.
We don't ever shop at Woolworths which is in the same complex, as they are even worse.
We used the self served machine for check out. After I scanned my credit card, the machine froze and I called the staff. They insisted me to rescan and paid the items again. Then a few days later, I found out that my credit card was changed TWICE because the initial transaction went through. I went back to the shop and showed the staff that I was charged twice that day from my phone.the staff response was “I have to go to the bank and present them with an offical bank statement “. I was so mad.this was there mistake, their problem and I have to prove my innocence. I demanded to see the store manager and they reluctantly refunded my money. These people have no customer service
Often shop here for all our normal shopping, spending $80 to $100. Very disappointed though. Paid $15 for a bunch of yellow roses for my mum's grave. When I opened the cellophane, dead leaves and leaves covered in mould fell out. The flowers were clearly very old and looked awful. Petals falling off when unwrapped. I tried to ring to find out who to speak to about this. Phone rang for a good 3 or 4 minutes - no answer, then I tried again. Still no-one answered. I have never heard a phone ring so long without anyone answering. Don't all wait for "someone else" to answer the phone folks - it reflects poorly on all of you. Usually happy after visiting this store, but not happy this time and will not be buying flowers at this store again.
Lovely staff, especially in the deli. Checkout staff is great. Other staff is very helpful and always pleasant
Northpark is my local Coles and I love the selection on offer throughout the whole shop. The regular staff are always friendly and approachable which is great.
Self checkouts are never open when I go there. Only the express checkout, with a line.
Pass.
My favourite. Friendly staff who recognise you and smile. Every time I’ve asked ‘where is / do you have x? ’ the employee has helped me - most know the answer and the new ones find out and come back to tell you. It’s a large store so it’s got everything you need and lots more. Never wait long at the register either. Great service.
Awesome customer service prices very reasonable and store m manager is awesome as are all the staff. Alternate between Coles and Woolworths but mainly Coles
