Very disappointed with this store. Used to be so much better, especially when it opened at midnight. Now just have to shop elsewhere as there is less & less stocked here every week. It's a Shame.

Poor results from staffs niceness, one staff member called Lucas was incredibly disrespectful to me. On the other hand this other co worker told called Angus told the Lucas worker off, very respectable person.

Never surprised with the products I find at Coles.
It's always the same good value at good prices.
Produce just his ways fresh, and a wide selection of meat products.
The deli staff are always helpful and slice the products the way I like.
The store is clean, well organized and the checkouts appropriately maned.

28/09/2022 around 1243. Older lady @ 1st quick checkout with medium length dark hair and glasses was super rude. I said hello and she totally ignored me and kept staring at the screen, then started talking to another staff and then just kept looking @ me after scanning my items. I had to say its on card please, then she handed me my receipt and said "NEXT".
She clearly didn't wanna be there but her customer service was horrible.

This is a good place to shop, because it is next to a kmart which is handy, as well as the firle plaza which contains a number of specialty shops. There is an atm machine right outside. There is also a car service place in the car park. The shop itself is one of the larger coles shops, so there is a very good range. Also it is 24 hour so if you are around at 3am and like to avoid the crowds, this is your answer. There is also a liqor shop just outside if you need it.

Fruit and veg is RARELY fresh. Rarely bought anything that didn't go off soon after it left the store! Staff are really lovely though.always happy to help locate something.

Earlier today I was served by Hayden in the deli section. He was very busy when he spotted me at the counter but he immediately dropped what he was doing to serve me. He then went out of his way to help me with my order. Top marks to Hayden and to Coles Firle. EXCELLENT!

Too busy and crowded on weekends! I like to shop in peace and quiet. You'll have a much better shopping experience at St Peters.

This was the Coles of my youth. It's now my least favourite. I find it hard to find things and the woman checking us out for potential shoplifting was super in your face. It may not have helped that I had headphones in, so perhaps I was not as approachable as she would have liked

Coles is fine, but I did collected a click and collect order on behalf of my partner and it was the first time I'd done click and collect before, they only have two click and collect parking bays and I had to drive around the carpark three times and they were still full, so I parked in a close spot and waited until someone left, then I called and they said they'd come out, didn't ask for any order number or anything so wasn't sure what to expect, they brought an order out but it wasn't mine so I had to wait for them to go back and get the correct order.

As a basic customer service process I would've expected them to ask for my order information over the phone to confirm the correct order but apparently if I just say my name is Joe I could get anyone's order, even though the text message says have photo ID and your order number ready.

This has been more of a click and collect review rather that a Coles review but it wasn't a great experience, the lady that brought out the order was great, but I would've expected more questions.

Always have stock on the shelves especially during these tough times. Staff Should be treated with more respect as they are doing there hardest and I have as I have seen then being harrassed by customers too many times

Only made a quick visit. Fruit and vegetables seemed dear, bought lemons only to find they were juiceless. Wont go back. Check out lad was pleasant.

Indian lady at the service counter today sometime around 9-1pm 30/12/2021 was very dodgy and dishonest in not honouring the scanning error policy. She had called for a price check and found that the item had scanned higher then the shelf price but said it was ‘placed in the wrong place’ instead. This could not have happened because the noodles in question were placed on the other side to the rest of the instant noodles, I had taken the last two packs and checked the label which clearly indicated it was the tag for the items. It was an foreign name and only one product from that line is stocked. The clerk she sent to check could not have found it to be ‘in the wrong place’ as he would never have known where they were if the tag didn’t correspond to the item. A quick search for noodles at 4.25 noodles online yields no results, so there was no other item that could have been listed on the tag.

Staff are always very friendly professional and helpful. Click and collect service is great. Always plenty of stock of a wide range of products. I love this coles site.

Fruit and veg is NEVER fresh. Rarely bought anything that didn't go off soon after it left the shelves. Obviously cold storage - pumped with tonnes of toxic preservatives! Parsley is ALWAYS limp, NEVER fresh!

Not much variety in the bakery. By midnight, when they reopen, the bread is STALE! But still full price!

After midnight, impossible to find most fruit and veg. What's the point in being open for business, when your business isn't fully operational?

It's all OK but at the front counter, when you pay with a card, they have their card machine in a weird place. I only have one hand I can use. So where the eftpos machine is there is nothing to lean on or put your bag or anything on so I find it extremely difficult to use.
Next time I'm in there I will try to get a picture of it.
Placement would be much better and very much appreciated if it's where you are served (where the sign in covid thing is) etc.

Wednesday 27th of October about 5: 43 pm in self serve check out your worker (Indian lady) showed nothing more than disrespect to myself. I simply asked her to help me transfer my things to another self serve as I only had cash, I didn’t quite understand her and she raised her voice to me telling me I do not understand. I AM A CUSTOMER NOT A WORKER TREAT ME WITH RESPECT. Horrible horrible service
