Coles Findon

I would just like to say there is one lady at Findon Cole’s who always is very helpful polite and goes out of her way to help customers
her name is Christean i find her to be extremely helpful in every way she goes out of her way to help everyone
she is one of the reasons i keep going back to Coles Findon a pleasure to be served by her

I shop here very often, and I'm always happy with the service I get. If they do not have something in, they will give you a rain check, especially if it's on special. Their staff are always very helpful when you need them.

Good place to stop great cookies but for some reason almost always out of hot and fresh chooks

Bit expensive but best energy drink variety and they have smokes, aldi is cheaper. Such small quantities of cereal for such a large price. They have pine nuts!

It's a big coles with the provision of so many items in stock. Always full of stock and a place to go to shop.

Friendly team despite a few bogans mucking around the front side. A security at the front gate will be helpful for the vulnerable sect - especially women and children because some of those homeless are really aggressive.

The best time to go is just after before and after the lunch rush. Easy to find a park and stock being replenished. Staff are helpful.

Chicken was foul smelling.after returning it i was told they dont usually. Not my problem you dont rotate stock. When the checkout person waits behind you at self service that is really annoying. No other places do this, bar coles. Not like id take anything without paying for it.

There is no signage as to where the click and collect bays are. The whole reason people click and collect is so they don't have to go into the store. I had to go into store and ask where they were. The lady at the service desk was so rude. This is my local Coles so quite disappointed, Please get some signage!

Poor customer service, in particularly the checkout ladies on Wednesday early mornings. Makes people feel like criminals for buying catalogue items each and every catalogue release. Management need to train their staff to honour promotions rather than have them say awful things or giving dirty looks when you are laying down money to your store!

NOT HAPPY as I waited half an hour for service at the continental deli because only had 2 serving & 6 to 8 waiting.

The Coles store at Findon is currently going through a refresh. Shopping isles have been widened, flooring appears to be part way through being replaced. The whole layout of the store is being changed. One change that has already been implemented is a new Pet Treats bar. They have also added a Lolly Bar for us humans.

I did not like their selection of mattresses. Pork belly was expensive and the scones were soaked in oil.

I appreciate the wide aisles and the staff (even in self serve) are friendly. They stock everything I need too.

This Coles is like most Coles Stores. Reliable, friendly staff, broad range of quality foods. However, the carpark at Findon is dangerous, difficult and time consuming to exit and generally worth avoiding.

On of the lowest rate customers service.
Zero management skills,
It's closest shop to me and that's the reason I'm getting my groceries there otherwise never go there.

Plenty of goods that I required. Good specials. Service deli fresh meat and cheese products. Friendly check out operators

All the fruit and veg looked like it was going off. Didn't have a good selection at the meat fridge, everything was going off the same day or the day after

Great place for shopping, plenty of room, plus many other shops, chemist for covid shot, very little wait for jab, Coles Great big store for all food, plus post office, so many other shops, Coles A A A +
