They just don’t want to know.
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, especially from a so called store manager
Do the right thing and get your fuel somewhere else.
Noticed the petrol station was down this morning had to do a U-turn to get petrol somewhere else, made me quite late. I mean, it's a sign of the times when the petrol station can't be a petrol station at 8am.
Went a bit out of my way to get Petrol as I was expecting to get a coffee as well. Coffee machine not working (FWP) but apparently has been out of order for some time.
0/5 STARS. NO PETROL, NO COFFEE BECAUSE ALWAYS BROKEN 3 YEARS TO FIX AND ON TOP OF THAT THE SERVICE STATION IS 3 MONTHS BEHIND DEADLINE VERY POOR FORM COLES EXPRESS.
Left my wallet in store today. Special thanks to the honest staff who found and held for me. Much appreciated Guys.
Can't say enough, I wasn't always exclusive but have been most of this year & til I pass on, I'm in so much pain, had trouble moving for past few years they've been most sympathetic & patient, for more than year they come out to driveway & do fuel even if only 10 they'll try as fast as they get window of opportunity, Girls & boys to me but all of them do whatever they can for me,
I get misty cos they smile while going above & beyond the required, but these days, genuine customer care's very rare I think it's best to wait back til it's quiet because of staff availability even ring to give them notice & they'll get to U as fast as they can, Will, his parents should be so proud, Glenn is example for every employee to copy, efficient & professional, & must not 4get 'girls' 5*
. L'm old & 4getful, but this may be my last chance to tell everyone about the old school service this crew give.
. Shell should model their stations on the basics of this 1, I know finding lot of diligent & proud staff is so hard but these half dozen have allowed me to be independent & not cry in pain trying to get fuel into car, Thank you Shell Rynla
Always polite and professional. Good service. However, the air pump for tyres doesn't always work!
Weeeeell apart from high fuel prices grizzle grizzle. Staff here are friendly. I use Flybuys docket to reduce cost by buying 2 x 10 toilet roll packs for $20 so save 10c litre.
