Tried to borrow the toilet in an emergent situation. The girl refused to show any compassion, insisting the toilet is only for staff and there is no toilet open for the public. Thanks for you sevice. There is a representative named Rinku today at night duty (12/03/2021) roughly at 8: 50pm. She was super rude and unprofessional. Firstly, she didn’t admit her mistake that she didn’t press the button of the fuel while i was filing the fuel and on the top she was rude when i asked why u didn’t press the button and it’s your duty to watch the customer who is there to fill the gas. She doesn’t have a manners to talk to the customer and she said go and complain my manager. I don’t care. She should learn some manners in talking to the customer before she is assigned to the customer service job.
Very poor customer service! It’s my regular fuel station. On 29/08/2019 I filled up my car tank and bought Atkins Bar. I given him 4c fuel docket and he failed to enter and over charge me $1.00 for Bar. I looked invoice and ask him for 4c discount he started blaming me that I haven’t presented docket. Today I went again there, same guy was there he returned me $ $1.00 for over charge Atkins bar without saying anything like sorry, my mistake. Very very poor service.
I drive past two BP petrol stations heading to work and this station is always significantly higher in price. Ridiculous.
Always expensive fuel, average quality petrol/diesel, boring range of in store products. Only useful thing is the air pump.
Messy pumps. Spilled diesel on the apron and petrol handle and petrol also dripped after pumping stopped. Friendly clerk though.
