Coles Express reviews
7I'm a regular customer in your store. I was always greeted with a smile and friendly service. Helen was very helpful and is a asset to your business.
Just been to this store. The clerk had the door locked and people had just tried to enter and as they told me it was closed, we turned and it seems the female service clerk opened them, saying they were always open. They weren't. The people who were before me asked if they could use the toilet and were told they were out of order. They then asked if she knew where a other public toilet might be and she said she didn't know. I helped them even though I'm not from here and made a couple of suggestions. They left, I asked for a packet of cheapest cigarettes and she basically grunted at me and said on there, pointing at prices and suggested one. I said something pleasant, and asked long day? She says it not that, I dont like people like that, I said like what, well this time of year she said. She wasn't making a lot of sense but she was super rude. I suggested she get out of retail if she doesn't like people and told her to have a good night. She should learn rudeness is not a good trait for a awesome clerk. They and I were not rude until she was.
You can build up your flybuys and the store is nice and clean and friendly people.
Nothing too bad. Your standard Coles express store with more expensive items than a supermarket and staff that pretend they care how your day is going.
This is where Grayhound stops at 0300. They have a great trucker breakfast. Have stopped here twice since arriving in Australia.
