13Decent spot for me for some late night junk. I felt like chocolate or chips.or -lol! - both.and having been burnt by an inner-CBD "convenience" store the night before, I decided to rack up some steps and walk the 2km here. I ended up with Cheezels and two -TWO! - types of KitKats. Saturday night, 10pm, is wild hey. I had been to The Hindley and all that caper so I was happy to chill and junk out.
Guy named “Dhruv” at counter was horrible. Very rude with no sense of customer service.
Avoid this place. No surprise so many other 1 star reviews with bad experience.

don't usually name call but her treatment of us was disgraceful. If you don't like your job don't do it
I attended the Shell Coles express this evening and bought petrol plus other items in store. The male at the counter told me if I spent another $6 would be half the price so I bought two $3 bars. He then said that’s not enough so took a $1 chocolate bar, scanned it and added it to my shopping. It wasn’t any cheaper and didn’t consent to buying that item but was on so much shock I didn’t say anything. He has done this also to my husband. What sort of sales tactic is this?
I have Never seen such a grumpy angry and racist staff so far. Lady age between 60-70, so rude. Even when we say morning, she never says anything. Why coles hire such a rude staff? I have encounter her morethan 25 times, never seen her happy
Coffees are a good price and as a push button machine, they taste better than many 'barista made' coffees from other petrol stations.
Absolutely incredible service by the young lady at the storefront. Alice? The one with the rainbow flag. She needs a promotion immediately. 10/10 would fuel up on sandwiches again
Hate this place! Bought a couple snacks there some where out of date! And it tasted horrible and last time I went here this Indian man was so rude he sweared at me and tryed to scam me! No way I’m coming back here
The worst shell Coles service station in South Australia. The Indian man is rude and has his Indian friends standing around talking to him alot of the time. Many people have mentioned this.
The Indian cashier is a troublemaker with disgusting attitude who needs to be retrained or let go.
Couldn’t believe what I saw here yesterday. Every single person that I saw there, did not check in with the qrcode & wasn’t wearing a mask!
Service is great location is convenient, and I love the self serving coffee machines that are located in almost all Coles Express stores, appearance is not so good but great service overall.
Fuel is expensive compared to other places, but can't complain about the convenience, and the staff are always friendly
