Coles Express reviews
14Last 2 times I’ve gone in I’ve had the old bald peanut behind the counter tell me I can use my Coles docket with my fleet card (motorpass) even though I’ve been doing it for years. Can you please train your employees better. Also when getting fuel at the back, it’s hard to get our trucks out when people park their cars outside the door. Have brought this up numerous times but idiots still park there. I guess the people living in Tailem Bend are a bit slow
Fuel part of Servo great, Cafe within complex CARD ONLY.not on.cash is still legal currency
Slow service, poor choice of hot food, big " drama" when l went to pay with my "cash", unbelievably they wouldn't accept it! What country was l in?
I have always had excellent service here. It gets super busy sometimes, but as a local, I've never had average customer service. It has always been above and beyond expected.
Coles express have a reputation for having great staff but the people at tailem bend store are exceptional love stopping here. For machine coffee it’s top notch and Coles brand pies and snag rolls are bloody great. A small store but could do ya weekly shop out of there truck parking and clean showers ect out the back sit down meals next door or short stroll to the pub
Stopped for breakfast. 4 couples and we all ordered one after the other. 1st order came out almost immediately. 2nd order took around 30 minutes after that and the 3rd 20 min after that again. We cancelled the last order after writing for 1 hour. The meals were not prepared in order as others were coming in and getting served before our orders.
Great cafe. Generous and delicious. Much better than the usual servo cafe. Egg, bacon and sausage breakfast was huge beautifully cooked and yummy. Eggs on toast included 3 eggs. It was a great stopover. The only minor downside is that it was very cold inside the cafe.
I purchased a $4.95 caramel milkshake which tasted luke warm and asked if there was any ice cream in it and they said they don’t put ice cream in their milkshakes so you’re paying $4.95 for blended milk and a squirt of flavoring. Terrible value.
If i could give the cafe (coolabah tree) a 0 I would.everything ordered said they were out of stock. We got beef roll in the end. Meant to be a large hot dog style roll with meat as per photo. Got 2 slices of bread and 1 slice meat for 9$. Rediculous.and staff stood there talking with no one else here and told us we have to wait before she'll take our order.find somewhere else.
Subway is next to united petrol.
Large service station with plenty of parking available. Reasonable priced fuel. Clean toilet facilities. Good cafe with a good choice of meals. Truck stop at the rear of the servo. Friendly staff.
Got the job done with zero problems so that's about all I can ask from a service station. Polite and friendly service so def worth a stop if you're in the area
Generic Shell service station, truck-stop and restaurant, average to decent facilities, as expected.
Coles Express. Same everywhere. But staff here are lovely people. Stop here and relax a bit, before the journey continues.
Fuel isn't always priced the best but the in store service makes up for it. Great range of items you would see in any other coles express. Takeaway hot food, sandwiches and also donuts! The coffee machine is self service but delivers a good brew really.
