Waited 5 minutes to pay for my petrol as there was bo staff behind the counter.
When I complained the staff member abused me.
Terrible service for a busy time of day.
Never coming back

Pump was clearly faulty and literally charged me over $4 before the fuel started to flow.when I reported the issue, the lady was oblivious and refused to believe me, even though I never actually asked for a refund, I simply wanted them to know so that other people would not use the pump! Not ethical and that's not how you treat your customers.such a shame.

I have noticed on a number of occasions that the pumps sometimes pump a bit of air before fuel comes out but the meter is working.
Today I was pumping into a jerry can for my lawnmower and the pump registered 5lt but there was less than 3 lt in the can. I complained to the girl on checkout who gave me a 1c discount, so I got 1cent off and paid for 2lts I didn’t get.
In the past I have been told by the cashier, “oh that pump is playing up again “ so this is an ongoing problem!
I will be taking my complaint to consumer affairs or whoever is responsible for handling and investigating this type of complaint

Extremely friendly staff! Always go out of their way to help and have a smile on their face! Always have a treat for my dog too!

Never have I had such good customer service from a petrol station then I did today!
I was served by the manager and assistant manager who greeted me with such warmth and kindness. I was offered 10c off my petrol if I purchased x2 toilet papers. Which was such a great offer it paid for one of them ($10)
I would of never thought of that myself.
They assisted me with the coffee machine which I tried for the 1st time and the coffee is 10/10 better then most cafes!
$2 for a medium coffee what a bargain! I’ll be coming back just for the coffee.
The manager even helped me carry the toilet paper to my car as I was struggling with all my belongings and coffee.
You just don’t get customer service like this very often.

Would not honour 4c/l Carsales fuel discount offer. Only filled up here because of the offer as other serves nearby were cheaper. Won’t come back.

Hallet cove coles express 4/3/2022 at 2.00pm.i purchased 2 hotwheels toy cars only to notice that one of them had been opened and sticky taped back together for full price? Iam pretty sure that it's illegal to sell a opened product for full price Also the grumpy old lady behind the counter was very RUDE AND NOT VERY FRIENDLY when i asked if they are can sell a defective opened sticky taped packet she replied * YES * talk about ' COLES ALWAYS TRYING TO SAVE A BUCK.very disappointed. 0/10 for customer service.
