7The label shows 2 for 7, but it was charged 14 for buying two colas. Friendly staff, chaotic price.
Just finished checking fuel prices around Salisbury areas and found this service station well overcharging for unleaded 98, almost $2.11 per litre while others are only charging around $1.70 per litre.
For the 3rd morning in a row, (from Saturday the 2nd to Monday the 4th of January 2021) the service has been unprofessional, rude and sour faced! I pointed out (in a friendly manner) the store stunk like dirty bucket water and I was met with a blunt and non interested response. (She said the shop always smelt like it) I know that’s a false statement as the shop is usually clean and fresh whenever any other employee works. This employee seriously needs to get her attitude adjusted, she needs to learn to clean and AIR the store, she needs to know it’s the customers that pay her wages! And to make any interaction with this woman bearable in the future, Give her a lesson in manners and smiling!
In the future, I’ll be crossing the road and going to BP whenever Insee her head behind the counter!
How is this thing Tracey/Tracy working there, her customer service is atrocious. I bought a couple of items and one scanned incorrectly so I asked do you get it free? Her retort was I'll mark it down and I said the supermarkets give first item free, she said NO they don't and neither do we in a gruff voice. I don't like getting told I'm wrong when I'm not so I said don't worry about it then as her demeanour was foul and she said well fu$% off then. I also forgotten to mention I was a mystery shopper and she said sucked in we don't get mystery shopped anymore. Stay classy northern suburbs
