Coles Express

I am a regular customer to this petrol station, but this morning on the 29th of November at approximately 9: 03 am, the older lady who was working at the counter was incredibly rude, for no good reason. I was lining up and taking a phone call, whilst the customer in front of me was finishing up I said to the person I’m on the phone to, hang on a sec just gotta pay for my petrol. Whilst I was doing this I was completely silent looking at the lady working behind the counter who had her head down and writing something on a piece of paper, she did not greet me or acknowledge me as a paying customer. I eventually said hello I just want to pay for my petrol please. She then looked up at me, gave me a dirty look and said in a sarcastic tone are you done on the phone yet because I won’t serve you until you are. I said yes I am, I asked the person on the phone to hold on a sec. You can check the security cameras to see the interaction and how long I was waiting there silently for her to acknowledge me. I have worked in customer service, hospitality and retail for 15 years and it is her job to acknowledge the customer with a greeting or a smile. This worker is rude and someone needs to speak to her, because you never know what a person is going through in their personal life and for someone to be rude to them first thing in the morning isn’t a great way to start the day. Not necessary, I will not be back.

They're charging 40 cents more than another servo just a kilometre away. What a ripoff

We love this service station, but more so the lovely ladies working here each day

As a small petrol station its good for fuel and snacks.
