I dont appreciate being harrassed by staff members. My mum was discussed as she overheard the way the staff member Adam spoke to me. I was very shaken when I left.
He seems to pick and choose his loyalty to the company I might add as he is the same worker who tried to complain about them to me a few weeks ago.
I will be taking this matter to head office.

28/10/22 I went to the petrol station around 10.30pm. The lady who served was so rude. She doesn’t even know how to serve customers. She was a short hair lady. Really disappointed with her service

DON’T GO IF YOU ARE A SMOKER!

One of the main women who works there is extremely rude and has poor customer service. Twice I have issues with her having a bad attitude with me. I smoke and each time I have asked for menthol cigarettes. The second the words have left my lips, both times she did a huge sign, rolled her eyes and adopted an attitude. The first time I thought I had imagined it or she was just having a bad day… so I gave them the benefit of doubt. I went in a week or so later and asked what menthol cigarettes do they have. Due to the rules you cannot see the range or prices without asking. There is a board at the back but it is small, difficult to read and I was told the first time “Just because it it listed on there doesn’t mean we have it or those are the prices” (What’s the point of having an inaccurate signage board then?)
Either she cannot use the system they have for cigs or she is just terrible at customer service. She would only say one brand which I didn’t want as they were the premium brand and small pack. I was asking a simple question of what else do you have and how much do they cost. Her body language, the sighs, the comments of the fact there were other customers (well just hurry up and answer my question!) and the fact she just kept snapping at me… even the customers behind me were commenting how rude she was being to me! Ask your manager how to work the cigarette machine if you don’t know… don’t yell at the customers!

I will never go back after the last incident… it was embarrassing to be treated like that in front of people. The servo a few meters down the road on next block are so much nicer… and it’s a small business.

The staff are often really friendly. Always good specials. Decent range of products for a petrol station.

The night guy is always on his phone and has no manners.learn the magic words.please and thank you. Rather drive another 5 mins than go here anymore.

On the 23/3/21 about 1215 I entered this service station. When getting out of my car I was checking my phone. The staff member came out the door a sharply told me " you can't use your phone here" as I was not expecting this as there was no introduction. I responded. "Sorry what". The woman then with a very rude tone told me, not asked "put your phone in your car". I was meet with this rude attitude at the counter when paying for my fuel. I will avoid this service station and take my business down the road to the next place. First impressions last. I hope this staff member gets spoken to and will receive customer service training.

Good service and petrol.they could probably install a car wash around the side where the "click and collect" is.

The last two experiences I've had here have been marred by other customers acting like complete and utter cunce (rhymes with "once" - you get the picture).
Get customers that aren't complete nonces. Until then, I'll be filling up elsewhere.

Really Rude staff
need to retrain your staff and make them learn how to talk costumers
i would call that staff member a idoit didnt say it but yea.

Good variety of items inside the store, I usually ride up here (since i'm only 15 at the time of writing this, and currently don't have a car) and purchase a drink or something else. Petrol seems to fluctuate between cheap and expensive.

If you're not open til 12 change your open hours. Not a fan of wasting my time going down before your apparent close hrs only to find no one working.

Few guys and a lady who work here. Always up for a chat. Good people.

But i have no chioce i need to fill up at shell.

Great staff & great service. Place is always clean & well stocked with all that you'll need for your trip. Possibly the busiest Comes Express in Adelaide but there isn't usually a wait because the staff are on the ball.

I visit every now and then to get a cup of fresh Arabica coffee. The sales guys are very friendly.
