Such a poor customer service, rude way to behave with customer even don’t care about the time of customer.

I would give zero star if there is an option for it.
The customer service attendant on saturday night 2 September has been terrible. Very very poor response from the glass door. The customer service attendant locked the door, he was standing other side of the slide door and doing his work near coffee machine, he saw me waiting outside and ignored me, I knock on the door and he saw at me and he shows hand signs to me to be patience, I waited bit more, still
he kept doing what he was doing and continue ignoring me, then i press the bell again but he did not even bother to open it (at 9: 20pm). He was showin

Worst service possible. Attendant informed me that the machine wouldn't let him activate the petrol pump because my vehicle was the wrong orientation.

Very poor customer service needs some improvement towards customers.

WOW. Was just abused by 'Samolina' cashier at front counter for buying a coffee. Was told I police will be called because she 'was cleaning the machine'. She wasn't clwanining anything. Bad service.

I go to this store because the staff are great there. Always polite and helpful and even have a bit of a laugh

This place is EXTORTING CUSTOMERS on certain items.
Smokes are PRICEY AS EVER everywhere, but HERE. Champion Ruby 25g - $13 increases at THIS place VS down the Road same day (Meaning Other SERVO's, $13 cheaper)
Since checked multiple places, they ALL are selling the same product $12-13 cheaper than this place, what an EXTORTIONIST.

Shell pump what to say now. Super easy to see gas prices from the road while driving, also it does have coles store where one can find pretty much everything on the go. Pretty clean and friendly staff.

Pumps are absolutely hopeless it takes far too long to reset or don't workand I've told the attended and took no notice.i would suggest to all Motorists to avoid this service stations very nad customer service skills.

Cheapest servo for household grocery items with many specials matching there supermarket prices.

Pumps take forever to reset so don’t go there if you’re in a hurry. Petrol prices are always ridiculous compared to other servos near by (I get that the staff can’t control the prices, this is aimed at Coles themselves) and some of the staff are rude especially one dark haired woman I had the misfortune of being served by, snatching my cards from me, groaning and rolling her eyes at me when I said thank you hope you have a nice day - (that’s her job to say that to me!) that was a few years ago now but if she’s still there thought I’d mention it, I no longer live on that side of town anyway thank god.
You’d think the amount of money being poured into that place they’d even put the kerbs and fill in the pot holes so you don’t have to damage the suspension and ruin the tyres on your vehicle. Shows what Coles think of their customers I suppose!

Most of the time to petrol pumps have a mind of there own. They take a bit too long to reset it self for the next customer to fill up there car up with petrol. The 10c discount a bit of a rip off really as you are still paying through the nose for petrol coles express and woollies caltex sever stations are a rip off merchant's when it comes to petrol prices

My local servo always go here for gas, great customer service. Pop in for all your staple groceries.
