Coles Dernancourt reviews
45Got charged tonight at a self-checkout for an item I didn't buy. Obviously some scumbag before me scanned it and then walked out without paying. Maybe it's time to start putting humans back in charge?
Easy, convenient location.
I feel it's easier to shop at than going to shopping centre. Less busy
You expect registers to still be operational at 8pm, apparently not at this coles. Went up to the only register that had a customer unloading her groceries, the guy behind the counter said that he wouldn't allow us to go through and told us to go to the express lane even though we had a full trolley. Asked the employee at express why we would have been turned away and she advised that he was probably closing the register, it was 8pm, the shop doesn't shut until 9pm so why would they be closing the only full size register that is open. We also noticed as walking out that the original guy we went to was putting through another person's groceries, so why did he turn us away? Won't be coming back with customer service like this.
We went here to pick up some baby food, it was pretty busy and they only had 2 check outs open so we went through self serving. The guy was staring at another employee and hear her say to him “Why you always looking at me”
This is ridiculous. Every time we do click and collect shopping here all of our fruit and vegetables are mouldy. Some one really needs to sort this issue out asap. Also they give us nearly out of date food. Come on guys you need to sort it out. Your basically ripping people off
This is my local and they are always wonderful polite and very helpful only thing I can fault them on is the sco's (self checkout operator) need to be cleaned more as I've had quite a few times where spilt food, greasy oily fatty stuff and drinks have gone on my shopping and I've had to give it back to them and get more shopping
Great place for grocerys, variety of foods! Even better when U have a Fly Bys cards. Great points & incentives!
Everything you need. Opens most public holidays. Wide range of products including hot takeaway foods. Whither if it is for lunch or dinner Coles Adelaide City Rundle mall have got you covered. Friendly staff.
Please be advised though, most says coles adelaide city is very busy. So be warned. Other than being busy its treat for all catering needs. Enjoy your shopping Coles Adelaide city.
Great supermarket. Big store and plenty of stocked items in the shelves. Staff is friendly and helpful. Onsite parking available.
No point of opening early morning at 6 a.m. If items running out of stock or not enough people to start work early. Most shelves were empty. Disappointed.
Big supermarket. Friendly and helpful staff. Has a lot of stock on shelves. Click and collect available. Onsite parking too.
Always good shopping at our local Coles. Staff always polite. Due to COVID supplies of meats are currently low & toilet paper options are limited, but it's the same everywhere at the moment, not just Coles.
Shop is good and had everything we needed. When we came to pay at the register the team member sharon was too busy talking to the customer in front of us, I understand a chat while you scan is great but she was actually stopping and leaning on the monitor to chat. She did this 4 times and when that customer had paid she continued to lean on the end monitor and keep chatting mean while we where kept waiting. I had to say something to her to get served. I work for this same company and have never seen anything like that.not great customer service.
Very rude and we got ripped off on our click and collect shopping not happy at all: (they were very slack to let us know that our click and collect wasnt ready, a total rip off
Unfortunately Served by Cecilia today. Rude and insulting. Do you always greet your customers with "there are probably worse jobs than working at coles"?
For a shopping centre I think it is definately one of the most we'll set out and staff are always friendly
Great place to shop. Even though it's a smaller Coles, it still has variety and a great layout. Store is always stocked, clean and tidy. Staff are really helpful and friendly.
A bit average. Needs an upgrade. It’s slowly being overtaken by Woolies and Drakes. Choice of products is a bit lame.
Thought I would give this one a try as my other usual stop is more intent on trying to push all customers to the self-serve lanes. Pleasant to be served in a timely manner rather than the usual long wait.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Always have the items I need and discounts on the product I want.
